#The Projects The project, aims to develop the organizational strengthening of the third sector of Panama. The trainees will develop management skills enabling them to grow as entrepreneurs and help the organizations to develop. Participants will be performing in the areas of marketing, finances, human resources, sustainability and general management in different NGOs.
