To: Yosemite Gateway Association of REALTORS速 Members From: Janet Ramos, President RE: Association Staff Changes & Building Sale Our Association Executive, Bob Musacchio, has given his notice to the Board of Directors effective March 31, 2011. He stated personal and family reasons for his departure. We thank Bob for his 10 years of service to this Association. He will be missed by many, and we wish him luck in any future endeavors he may take on. So on behalf of the Association and its membership we wish Bob Fair Winds and Following Seas. As you are likely aware Katie Bensen is retiring in May. We also wish her the best as she moves on to a new stage in her life. We have been fortunate to have wonderful staff in both of them. Given the economic environment we live in today difficult choices often have to be made. One presented itself to the Board of Directors this year, and it is whether or not the Association continues being a commercial building owner. After much deliberation and professional consulting, it was concluded that selling the building was the best case scenario for the financial health of this Association. The resulting action, the building sold on Wednesday, March 9, 2011. A leaseback was negotiated in order for us to be able to continue to conduct business as normal.
