Concept Development 一如往常地，早晨的公車站牌旁，站滿了一臉哀怨，無眠的市民。 人群中有著一位男孩，踡著手掌，一雙內八站姿的腳，雖說眼睛與大家望著同一個方向，卻不由自主地東盼西望，顫抖著。 公車一輛輛駛來，男孩急了，他要搭乘的公車似乎排在較後頭，人們面無表情、毫不同情地越過，甚至碰撞了男孩。 男孩四肢極度不協調，舉步維艱地往前，騎樓臺階與地面形成的高低差，甚而使男孩顛簸，差點跌坐在地。 猶如被吊線縛得緊緊的木偶，四肢由不得自己的意志，卻清楚得感受到身體被緊緊繃著。 這是腦性麻痺患者的寫照，運動神經障礙，合併感覺，平衡，神經等系統障礙，一般人只需幾毫秒的神經反應，他們卻是不 下數倍的時間及體力上的耗盡才能完成。 我不可怕，能不能幫我解開那縛住的繩?讓我能有一般的人生。
STORYBOARD
賦權，心理層面上相對弱勢的人民，通過了社會設計的機制，在參與的過程中，自覺成為一個正常、有能力的人，獲得掌控自身 相關事務的力量，這樣的過程通常伴隨著榮耀感，並以提升其個人或社區生活品質。 Empowerment, through engagement in social design, people who are vulnerable psychologically can feel like normal and capable human beings once again. During this growing process, they also develop a sense of pride which leads to a better quality of life both at the individual and community level.
如果今天讓你擁有能為別人賦權的魔力，你是否願意為弱勢者(physically challenged)整理使他們牽絆的那些繩，不分種族、貧 富、性別、語言，都能伸出幫助的手，為他們混亂的繩，繫成和平、和諧、平等、美麗的蝴蝶結。 If you have the magic power to empowerment other people today, are you willing to arrange the confused ropes that chain them deeply without the distinctions of races, poor, sex or languages. DEER諧音DEAR，BÉBÉ則是BABY的法文。主視覺形象為鹿，鹿在西方象徵皇室、崇高，在東方則象徵 吉祥與生命力旺盛，品牌引此寓意，希望為所有父母的寶貝獻上祝福。
In the West, DEER means royalty and sublime, and for the East, it means the lucky and vigorous vitality. So, we choose DEER to be our key vision and brand`s name with these good meanings to dedicate our wishes to the newborn life.
Graphic Details In one town from French, there is a zoo named "Gouter", the zoo`s animals are good friends. The animals are the newborns` good partner from the town, they always have a celebration for the babies who are a month old.
Launch the balloons to the sky, hope wishes can realize.
Bring the balloons which carry full wishes and gratefulness
Dabble in the pond to ablutions.

STORY TELLING 它，到現在我依然喜歡，在我的高中記憶裡，是我輕易逝去的青春 中漸漸褪色的青澀。 四年前，高中每天放學我都會固定的自己到操場上走走，再開始圖 書館的晚自習，只能是自己，因為我發現了這麼一個男生，他頂著 一顆體育班男孩小平頭，眼睛內雙，嘴巴小小的... ... 時至今日，對他的模樣已經模糊，但那自行車我依然記得清楚，是 競速用的公路車，黑色鋼骨，黃色輪框，尼龍布的黃色手把。 走著操場，找著那台自行車，放學時間恰巧是學校自行車隊收操時 間，只要自行車還矗在樹蔭下，就表示學長還在收訓練器具，還沒 離開，我就會緩緩地走，自己小心翼翼地走，不被發現是在看著他

的走了又走好幾圈操場。粉紅色的青澀都褪成了淡粉，對於四年前 的我來說，最喜歡是那台自行車，因為它在，它的主人就會在，所 以該這麼說，最喜歡的還有那位學長。 現在呢？ 依然喜歡這自行車，其實它是真的美，學長呢，連模樣都淡忘，我 就不再談什麼過往。 其實這是一段過期的告白，它自始自終沒被發現，直到現在才把它 寫出來，會再把它收起來，留給自己來不及握住的青春，一個能收 著的曾經單純。
