台灣竹與水泥 這兩種美麗的材料在台灣常見，卻因普遍而被忽視。 我們再次檢視材料的本質，將材質以新方式、樣貌創造材質的新感動，也是設 計希望傳達的目標與反思。 水泥與竹青兩者皆之為清，材質之間轉化、再結合於一氣呵成，故稱之為“清 轉合”。 期望在舊與新之間轉化出一條橋梁，喚醒人們重新審視、體驗身邊材質的美感 與細節，藉由設計連結周圍環境的原生材質，讓本地材料的自然美感創造新的 時代美學觀點。
Bamboo and Cement in Taiwan In Taiwan, Cement and Bamboo are both materials that is very familiar to us, used to be reliable building material or any tools, craft etc. Ching Chairs is a design project which trying to creat and redefine the new meaning and ways by the connection methods about our project. We redefined the significance and relationship between both material. Express the beauty of original combination. The name“Ching Chair”, a Chair which connects all memory story in itself, try to make people to think and remind us that there is always beauty around us.

Innovative Special of Ching Chair is made by one particular length part of each Moso Bamboo.
Divid into three pieces and form this signiďŹ cant shape by heat-bending.
Place the bamboo in the mold to locate the position before we dig connecting hole.
The calculated molds for the natral bamboo.
Place three main parts of Bamboo leg on the modle locating tool, to measure the bending data.
Perfusion cement into the mortise hole.

結構與舒適性 延續了清轉合的特徵與連接方式，以能夠穩固人體為最主要的出發點 。為了加強乘坐時的穩固，改變為傳統四個椅腳樣式並取消了原先封閉線條結 構的方式，改為開放式的椅腳。並且在乘坐的椅面上大大增加了承受面積，四 個椅面扇葉的面積增加加強了臀部乘坐的穩定。 比起充滿實驗性的清轉合來 說，以舒適為主的椅子更加地貼近生活，與人之間的關係連結更加緊密。
Structure and Comfort The main idea of the new project is to hold up human body with the feature of Ching chair. To enhance the stability of the chair while people sitting on it, it was redesigned to become a four-legged stool, and it was changed into a open lines of structure instead of the original closed structure. Besides, the sitting area of the chair is greatly increased by the four little“wings”on the seat to strengthen the stability while sitting. Compared with the Ching Chair which is more experimental, the chair which is designed to base on comfort is more closed to our living. And we would have got more interaction between people and the new Ching chair when we really sit on it.

project. 03. / Eleven Pages 十一篇 十一條桂竹。 它們各自擁有獨特的生長故事與面貌。我們細選出了十一桂竹節剖面。著重於竹剖 面的側向彈力並命名為簡凳十一篇。 實驗竹材特性的過程中發現竹子既有的韌性以及形體結構等，一直都是竹材質令人 著迷的地方。在反覆的實驗以及摸索，我們意外地發現了竹節切面的特殊與美麗性 ，並呈現在作品中。
Bamboo Slips A type of recording form in the past, built from eleven different Makino bamboos, each individual has their own story. This design focus on the bamboos lateral elasticity by connecting each other with silk thread, and it look like Chinese Bamboo silps. We named this chair the “Eleven Pages".

結構與人 / 認識材質特性並將其運用於其中，客製尺寸的鐵片，如同建築樑柱般增強竹節結構性。藉由 連結的竹片，來分散人體的乘坐壓力。如簡冊般將竹片串連，在尾端交叉收尾。
Structure & Body
We are fascinated by the possibility of bamboo. From various exploration and learning, a pretty unit we discovered. It's just a slice cut of bamboo.
420 mm 竹片之間去上下交叉編織， 以吊橋的概念來固定左右竹片以及分散人 體乘坐壓力。 Weave it up and down like a bridge. To seperate the pressure of human body, we connect each bamboo side by side.

This is a new type of sterile packaging for contact lenses that keeps your fingers away from the lenses. It’s like a protective shell. Now you can use the package to insert your contact lenses without worrying about getting any germs from your hands into your eyes. This is particularly convenient and offers optimum hygiene when traveling or for use during outdoor activities.

This a new type of package design, it would be more convenient than the old one. There is no need to squeeze the sause out of the package with our new product. The Package Plate provide a space area for user to dip the sauses.

工作營 3M品牌提案 3M Brands Proposal in workshop 現有的電腦清潔用具組大多缺乏收納組合，針對攜帶筆記型電腦的使 用者會使用到的東西做結合，散熱墊對於長時間使用高效能電腦的人 來說是必須的，清潔用品組附加散熱墊的功能對於使用者是個攜帶的 好理由。 The most computer cleaning kits on the market are not easy to take out, due to the reason we combined the cleaning kit with something essential to a long-term computer users. And it would be an quite good reason for them to take this product to go.

concept. 04. / Breathing Street Product / Future Street Lamps
這是一個概念性的路燈，藉由將空氣吸入上方夾在圓圈體 中的光觸媒濾網，讓髒污空氣流通過時能夠淨化後順帶排 出，給予每條街道都有清靜的空氣。 白天，單元體將吸收紫外線光源以供給光觸媒做反應。 It’s a conceptual street lights which is installed four circle cleaners with a layer of photocatalyst light filter. And it would draw the dirty air to the top, afier the purifying the fresh air would be released to the ground. At last, we’ve got fresh air as we walk through.

下半部馬達所吸取的空氣在四個圓環體中運轉，使周圍與下方的空氣捲 入每個圓環體中，藉此創造出穩定的空氣氣流。 The air which is drawn by the lower half motor will revolve in the four circle-tubes, and it would create a stable air flow to go through the circle cleaners.
The reaction of the Photocatalyst Volatile organic compounds in air and CO oxides can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by photocatalyst UV rays.
Just like walk through the woods, We’re going to have a cleaner street.
concept. 05. / ECO Breath Product / Future Vehicle
在未來的世界中，由於人口密度不斷增加。 為了要讓人們在都市能 夠更自由地移動 以機動性 為體積大小的初衷而設計。本車雙人座的 設定—強調的是在適當空間內人與人之間的情感互動。移動不只是所 在地的位移，移動更是生活中的重要一部分。 In the future, due to the population keep increasing fast in every city. In our original intention, the car was designed on the premise of flexibility, in order to make people to be able to move more freely in the city. The design of two-seater emphasize that how people interact with each other in an appropriate space. Movement is not just simple displacement but an important part of life.
視覺上,在儲存能量時在表面外殼會有類似葉脈的能量傳輸管路，讓使用 者清楚知道現在能量正在儲存的狀態,也更貼近呼吸與交換的形態。 Visually, there would be some energy transmission lines which is similar like the vein on the surface of the car when the energy is storing from the sun. User could know clearly the status of energy storage from the vein, just like it is breathing.

People communicate with object through visual sense. The awareness of both is connected in the deepness of visual sight, like a path to the end of eye. Anything would be compressed, disassembled,reorganized inside the connection, and then both of them are aected mutually.
物件與人透過視覺來交流溝通，視覺深處的通道連結著兩者的意識， 意識連結中任何事物都被壓縮、拆解、重組，而我們兩者正在相互地感染。
