Site Analysis The current situation of Chelsea waterfront is that large area water is polluted by industrial waste. In this way, the pollution will expand to a larger scale like to the whole Mystic river watershed. It is crucial to deal with the industry pollution around Chelsea River to restore the healthy and clean water environment. Keeping the industry or not is a question worth to thinking about.
