Introduction: This project is about one of the most luxurious surburbs in the world, Darling Point which is all about amazing mansions with expansive harbour views and analysis the reasonsabout how Darling Point becomes one of Sydney’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Darling Harbour is the most distinctive tourist and shopping center in Sydney. It is also a place for major conferences and celebrations. It mainly consists of a harbor, a green water and a variety of buildings. Among them are the Olympic Games Exhibition Centre, Sydney Sea Life Aquarium, Australian National Maritime Museum, ICC Sydney, Exhibition Centre, Powerhouse Museum, and Sydney EntertainmentCentre, Harbourside Shopping Centre, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, IMAX cinemas, Madame Tussauds Sydney, Chinese Garden of Friendship, and all kinds of art market, Shopping center, all kinds of playground, cafes, bars, restaurants, and a series of entertainment.Darling Harbour is a palm-fringed, grassy and crowded place where visitors from all over the world watch to see different buskers perform and there is a musical fireworks display every Saturday night.

Located in Sydney, NSW Australia, Darling Point is bounded by by Wiston Gardens and Ocean Avenue in the east, Port Jackson in the north and north-west, by Wiston Gardens and Ocean Avenue in the east, Octagon Road, Darling Point Road and New South Head Road in the south and the City of Sydney in the south-west.
As a dynamic and major city in the Asia Pacific region, Sydney has developed a growing business and residential population. Darling point is seated at one of the scenic harbour hills and is also very close to CBD which makes transportation more convenient. Besides, Darling Point is surrounded by the sea which forms beautiful scenery from every last direction. In addition the greening rate is quite high which is able to be seen in the sections.
