LiRo completed this ED Expansion/Renovation project on the Leominster Campus for UMass Memorial HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital. The goal of the Design Team was to expand the Ground Floor Level without impacting the site. This addition and renovation addresses increased patient volumes, as well as the separation of acute and behavioral patients.

LiRo designed a 59,000 s.f. Medical Office Center addition to Redington-Fairview General Hospital. The goal of this project was to combine multiple practices under one roof to improve patient care by minimizing the need for patients to visit different sites.

Manet Community Health Center Expansion/ Renovation

The 13,000 sf expansion provides more space and services for more than 5,000 additional patients, with seven more exam rooms (increasing total rooms to 25) a pharmacy, vision, and behavioral health services, as well as centers for older adults.
