Through a series of research methods like volunteer immersive experience, interviews, focus groups, engagement tools to identify problems of community existing food project service and inherent requirements of the participants; Use service design thinking and tools to visualize design concept and test in the real environment.
Product Design
"Lumino" Travelling night playground for children in the Highland 02/2016-05/2016 Service design/ Ethnography research/ Product design This project we focus on children’s health and wellbeing in the Outer Hebrides. I mainly responsible for organizing field research, user data analysis and visual output like to set up persona, storyboard, service blueprint and arranging prototype tests. “Sauce Town” culture experience product system 12/2013-05/2014 Product design/ Ideation/ Concept proposal/ 3D modeling I observed people, things, environment in the local area, to understand why traditional watermelon bean sauce is so popular in my hometown. Then experienced how making it in an old way, analysis of users' obstacles and requirement. To investigate design opportunities from social context and create innovative design solutions as well as provide the prototype, storyboards, 3D modeling and product description video, etc.
