The reconstruction of the entire street is divided into three types: the construction of new buildings between buildings of different heights; the construction of new buildings on top of existing buildings; the construction of new buildings on the ground. Coincidentally, these three transformation methods coincided with the growth pattern of mushrooms: growing in the corners of stone or wood; growing on top of dead wood; growing on flat ground. Therefore, the different growth patterns of mushrooms will be simulated and applied to this street. 04

02 CALL OF THE SEA LEVEL Time: 17/12/2021 - 21/02/2022 Location: Trinity Buoy Wharf, Tower Hamlets London Boro, Greater London, England Project type: Individual work (Year 3) Earth is paying for what humanity has done. Although we have realized our mistakes and responded to environmental issues aggressively in recent years, we still need to prepare for the worst. To this end, this project hopes to use the discarded wharf, combined with the investigation of human needs to complete the design to deal with the hazards of sea level rise, prepare for the worst possible doomsday, and call on humans to protect our environment.
WORLD SEA LEVEL RISE RESEARCH
POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY OF UK SHIPYARDS
Over the past few decades, excess emissions of greenhouse gases have caused global warming, shrinking the size of the cryosphere and melting glaciers, leading to a dramatic rise in world sea levels. The crisis posed by rising sea levels is evident, and in addition to creating more extreme weather events, it will also endanger coastal cities. For the UK, the melting of Greenland's glaciers is undoubtedly a huge threat, and it is even more unacceptable for London, which is interspersed with the Thames.

It can be seen from the two charts above that British shipyards once had a glorious golden age thanks to the Industrial Revolution. Until the middle of the twentieth century, the rise of Asia led to the gradual decline of British shipbuilding. In the face of the decline of the shipbuilding industry in British, many shipyards were forced to close, thus leaving behind a substantial industrial heritage. Faced with the rising water level crisis, people need to master the ability to build ships in various regions rapidly, and the abandoned shipyards scattered everywhere can provide the foundation for future expansion.

After obtaining different blocks, this project hopes to further combine the conceptual blocks with the functional requirements obtained from the investigation. In addition, from the perspective of environmental protection, this project hopes to follow the principle of sustainability, use clean energy, and call for environmental protection. To this end, this project will use a pressurized water reactor and a tidal power generation device to utilize the huge water resources of the Thames to produce clean energy for the building to use. And in order to maximize the utilization of tidal energy, the tidal power generation device is designed to be highly adjustable.

03 LIVELY SAIL Time: 27/09/2021 - 15/12/2021 Location: Huyton Village, Metropolitan Borough of Knowsley, Merseyside, England Project type: School work & Individual work (Year 3) Huyton Village Centre Street in Huyton Village has long been the heart of Huyton and has been loved by residents. Due to the proximity to the train station and bus station, there are also many potential sources of tourists here. However, the arrival of COVID-19 has caused people to go out less, business here has been hit hard, and the whole street has lost its vitality. To this end, the project hopes to propose a lively design that reenergizes the street.
HUYTON VILLAGE VISITORS' LOSS Huyton Village, with more than one hundred independent shops, is affectionately called "the village" or "the villie" by the locals, and its history can be traced back to the time when the centre was a rural community. Before the COVID outbreak, here has always been a favourite place for residents. However, due to the impact of COVID, many residents choose to live at home, and Hutyon Village therefore becomes deserted.
HUYTON VILLAGE SITE STATUS
EASY TO REACH; HARD TO ENTER A huge advan tage of H uy ton Viilage centre is its convenient transportation. As shown on the figure, there are plenty of parking lots (P), bus stops (B) and taxi stands (T) near the huyton centre. However, Archway Road (red road above) and the railway (red road below)also brought troubles to the site. They separate the site from the surroundings and are not easy for people to enter.
AT TRACTIVE SCENERY & RICH FUNCTIONS Another great advantage is its complete functions and attractive scener y. For example, the red building above is St. Michael's Church, which is the most eyecatching view of the entire high street.
SITE IMPRESSION
Besides, the brown buildings are Huyton Jobcentre, Huyton Police Station and Huyton Central Library (from top to bottom). In addition, there are more than one hundred shops of different types all over the street.
LACK OF GREEN PLANTS Regarding the shortcomings of Huyton centre, the most intuitive is the lack of greenery. As shown in the picture, there are green plants all around it, and there is no green smell on this wide street. There are only a few trees on both sides of the street. However, this shows that the increase in greenery may bring vitality to the Huyton centre.

In this post-covid era, more people choose to stay at home rather than go out, which led to relationship lack and loneness. This project, therefore, hopes to increase people's wellbeing by encouraging social interac tion in a way that promotes communication.

GOALS The impact of COVID has made people more active on the Internet, and more people have begun to try to find like-minded people through the Internet. To bridge the gap between strangers and achieve the expected outcome mentioned on the previous page, it is time for Huyton to make a change! "HELLO HUYTON" thus came into being. The original vision of this APP is to provide a communication platform for Huyton residents, using the power of the Internet to reduce the sense of estrangement between strangers and to guide residents to Huyton Village Centre. Of course, this app also has bigger ambitions: to let more people know Huyton through it and attract more people to visit.
To alleviate people's unfamiliarity with the unknown environment, "HELLO HUYTON" hopes that users can explore Huyton Village Centre online with their friends. "Visit Huyton Village Centre offline is a fascinating thing!" To let users feel this, "HELLO HUYTON" will display various activities in Huyton. In addition, to enhance users' sense of belonging to Huyton, "HELLO HUYTON" provides users with a platform to hold events. Here, everyone can be the initiator of the event. Huyton Village Centre Street will provide the event venue.
More than 100 stores on Huyton Village Centre Street will be registered in "HELLO HUYTON" to provide users with a reservation service. In addition, for upcoming events, including user-initiated events, "HELLO HUYTON" also provides a reservation service so that users do not have to worry about missing an event of interest. Huyton is going through changes, and "HELLO HUYTON" hopes that all users can participate in it, so it will provide users with the opportunity to have a direct dialogue with the Huyton government. "HELLO HUYTON" hopes to make Huyton better through everyone's efforts. 21

SITE IMPRESSION & IMPRESSION EXTENSION
BACKGROUND entry of the Asgard
Located in the "Oriental Mediterranean" in Pinghu, China, the development of this small town is based on three aspects: culture, tourism and residence. Its most unique feature in China lies in its Europeanstyle environment, and its full-scale reproduction of the "European Town" is its biggest attraction and characteristic. In addition, the town also contains a cluster of museums, including the soft decoration museum, the camera museum, the music museum, the wine museum and the quarry museum.

Because the various sceneries of the venue fit well with the story of the traditional Chinese mythical character Monkey King, and the Monkey King is inextricably related to the stone; in addition, Monkey King is deeply loved by people. Therefore, the quarr y museum could be transformed from its story as a starting point. 28
Wukong was born from the fairy stone
Wokong led monkeys into Huaguo Mountain and became "Monkey King"
Monkey King worshiped Subodhi in the cave and learns magic
For violating the rules of Asgard, Monkey King was buried under the Five Elements Mountain for 500 years
I n t r a d i t i o n a l t a l e s , M o n ke y K i n g is portrayed as intelligent, lively, loyal, and righteous. It represents wit and bravery in folk culture. He is the idol in the heart of every Chinese, and for modern people today, he can cause childhood memories.
THE EPIC OF MONKEY KING
500 years later, Monkey King obeyed Asgard, and went through Eighty-one hardships
Monkey King was Þnally recruited by heaven and became a Buddha
Unlike traditional fairy tales, the humanized Monkey King can resonate more with contemporary young people, especially with injustice in society.
W h i l e i n t h e m o v i e s t o r y, M o n k e y King breaks away from the traditional mythology and is described as a natural person. He was confused about his future, suffered from injustice, gave up because of power, but did not want to be driven by fate, and Þnally rose to Þght and died without regret.
Five hundred years after becoming a Buddha, he forgot everything and became lost
He saw that Huaguo Mountain was levelled by Asgard, and monsters were in clusters
In this museum, visitors will experience the inner world of Monkey King, including happiness, self-conÞdence, passion, and compromise, loss, resentment, and loneliness. The tour route of tourists will be the realism of Monkey King's heart and re-experience Monkey King's emotions through the shuttle between story and reality.
Traveling back to 500 years ago, look-ing at himself in the cave, now he has nothing to lose
On Five Elements Mountain, he saw his struggles in the past
To get rid of the pain, he decided to Þght with Asgard
Finally lost to Asgard, slowly dying, turning back into the fairy stone
THE BIOGRAPHY OF MONKEY KING IN THE MOVIE "WU KONG"
During the whole tour, the display of different stones will always be around the tourists.
Here, Monkey King's time stagnates in Þve hundred years of coming and going, birth in Þve hundred years, death in Þve hundred years, eternal reincarnation. In the end, tourists can appreciate the open-mindedness of "just another five hundred years".

A MUSEUM WITH EMOTIONS Since emotions vary from person to person, this museum is unique for every visitor. Here, visitors can visit the museum from different routes according to their preferences and then experience other emotions, including happiness, passion, loss, loneliness, etc. And no matter from which direction visitors visit the museum, they can experience the feeling of reincarnation from the orderly setting. As a result, the quarry museum no longer only exhibits stones but resonates with visitors through the transmission of emotions to reunderstand the individuality of different stones from an emotional perspective, rather than merely by visual observation.

05 ALLERTON MANOR GYM Time: 31/04/2021 - 25/05/2021 Location: Allerton Manor, Allerton, Liverpool, England Project type: School work & Individual work (Year 2)
In the 19th century, the wealth of Liverpool merchant class was often overlooked in local histor y. With the development of the port and the population and industry of the city, merchants in the 18th century moved out. Many of the mansions they built are now long gone. But surprisingly, there are still some Roman ruins with gardens. To bring this garden to life, the project will start with preserving the original buildings and give the site more designs that serve the public.
SITE ANALYSIS
