The dining experience onboard the Palace on Wheels is itself an extraordinary affair. Maharaja and Maharani, the two royal restaurants aboard, serve sumptuous food of Indian and other popular world cuisines. Dishes of Rajasthani and Marwari cuisine are the highlights. The expert chef and his team take care of hygiene and cleanliness. The ambiance of both the restaurants is welcoming because of the luxurious fabrics, imported crockery, delicate glass carvings, mahogany paneling, striking chandeliers, and colorful wall lamps, aptly matching the mood of the train.
