DAY 1 - YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS IN LONDON

Welcome to London! You will be met on arrival at the airport and driven to your city center hotel where you can check-in for a four-night stay.

DAY 2 - LONDON

This morning enjoy a fabulous introduction to London with a panoramic tour, then a quintessentially British afternoon tour in the historic Rubens at the Palace Hotel.

DAY 3 - LONDON

Today is a day for you to choose how to enjoy. Why not visit Westminster Abbey and discover its thousand years of history including Royal weddings, funerals, and so very, very much more. The Tower of London is also an option,housing the famous Crown Jewels which are used in King Charles’ coronation. Visit St Paul’s Cathedral where Charles and Diana married.

DAY 4 - HAMPTON COURT AND WINDSOR CASTLE

This morning you will be met by a driver and guide who will lead you around two of the world’s most important historical buildings. First, it’s a short drive out of the city to Windsor and the largest continuously occupied Castle in World. Visit St Georges Chapel where you will have the opportunity to pay your respects to the late Queen Elizabeth. From Windsor drive to Hampton Court Palace, the former residence of England’s most famous King, Henry VIII. Wander the Great Hall and revel in the splendor of the Tudor Court, surrounded by original tapestries and fascinating wooden craftsmanship. Your guide will drop you back in London.

DAY 5 - LONDON TO YORK

Following breakfast head up to Kings Cross for your first-class rail journey to York. Watch the English countryside flyby, and in just over two hours you will be checking in at your hotel for a two-night stay

DAY 6 - YORK

A full day of sightseeing lies ahead today, and first get your bearings of this ancient city by walking the city walls. A scenic two-hour stroll will illustrate the city’s’ history, from Roman foundations, and Viking extension, to medieval developments. DAY 7 - YORK TO EDINBURGH

Visit the magnificent State Apartments which are still used by the Royal Family, as well as the Throne Room and the chambers used by Mary, Queen of Scots from between 1561-1567. Next walk up to Edinburgh Castle but be ready for the firing of the One-o’clock Gun, the famous time signal that has been firing since 1861. Within the castle is St Margaret’s’ Chapel – the oldest building in the city dating to 1130. Be dazzled but the oldest crown jewels in the British Isles – the honors of Scotland and take the chance to see the iconic Stone of Destiny, which has been used for centuries to inaugurate monarchs.
