We had an interesting year in sales in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley. While Basalt , Carbondale and Glenwood did not skip a beat in number of closings and sales prices still increasing, the Aspen Market decreased in closings by almost 25% and our average sales price was down almost 18%. Snowmass was the big winner! The opening of more luxury condominiums in Base Village and the vibrancy surrounding the new construction really stimulated the local real estate market . Sales were up 50% from 2017!
