Advanced Springboard Diving:

F: $75 M: $120 N: $175 60 Minutes A class for divers who have been promoted from the beginner class or high school divers who want to perfect their advanced skills. Instructor recommendation is required. Sat: 10:30am

Water Polo:

Private lessons are a great way to learn to swim or improve stroke techniques. Each lesson lasts 30 minutes. Adaptive Swim Academy:

F: $126 M: $140 N: $180 30 Minutes The goal of this program is to provide basic swim skills and teach essential water safety techniques with the needs of each individual in mind. Each participant must begin the season accompanied by an adult in the water. This course is taught by special education teacher and Adaptive Aquatics Specialist, Rachel Gregory M. Ed. Beginner Springboard Diving:

F: $75 M: $120 N: $175 60 Minutes Learn the basics of competitive diving. Students will practice approaches such as forward and back jumps, in straight position, pike and tuck body positions, and forward and back dives. In this class divers must be able to pass the deep end swim test and do a forward dive from the side of the pool. Sat: 8:30am, 9:30am

Adult Swim Training Club:

Little Piranhas:

M: $125 N: $215 | 75 minutes For beginner and advanced swimmers seeking to improve their technique and overall fitness. This two days per week training program will provide you with new and challenging workouts to improve stroke technique, endurance, speed and strength. Tue/Thu: 6:15am-7:30am

Adult Beginner Swim Lessons:

M: $65 N: $95 Ages 17+ | 30 minutes This is the place to start for adults who don’t have a lot of prior swimming experience. Participants will become more confident in the water and will learn the fundamentals of swimming and aquatic safety. Tue: 5:45pm

Adult Swim Stroke Development:

M: $65 N: $95 Ages 17+ | 30 minutes Develop basic swim strokes and use swimming as a source of fitness. It is recommended that participants have taken beginner swim lessons before or have prior experience. Participants should be able to swim at minimum 1 length of the pool. Thu: 5:45pm

45 minutes A swim class specifically designed for swimmers who wish to join a swim team in the future. Taught by YMCA Piranhas swim team coaches, Little Piranhas will prepare children for a swim team through stroke drills, endurance sets, flip turns, and race starts. CERTIFICATION CLASSES Red Cross Lifeguard Certification:

M: $300 N: $450 | Ages 15+ Students will be trained in the nationally recognized American Red Cross Lifeguard Course including CPR, First Aid, and AED. This class is a combination of online and in person trainings. Certification is determined by successful completion of a comprehensive written exam and in water skills test. Swimming skills are a pre-requisite with a swim test the first day of class. Attendance in all classes is mandatory. You will receive an email 2 weeks prior to start date with instructions for the online portion. Must be age 15 by the final day of the course. April 16-19: 9:00am-1:00pm daily

In this series, you will be introduced to the core yoga poses that make up flow class. Each week we will breakdown a series of yoga poses focusing on breath, safe sequencing and alignment. Triathlon Training

This diversified training program includes sport specific training as well as brick workouts and is a great prep for this seasons’ races. Spring into Summer

30 day Nutrition and Fitness Challenge M: $99 N: $159 Join your YMCA colleagues, a Clinical Take control of your nutrition and get in a fitness routine, with the support of your YMCA peers, your Clinical Nutritionist, and fitness instructors/trainers. Commit to 30 days of change and see how different you can feel in one month.
