YMCA Pilgrimage YMCA North Staffordshire, led by Simon Lovatt, is partnering with the experienced John Drake to lead a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. The group will be coordinated and supported by YMCA. We invite YMCA members, partners, volunteers and staff to take part in this bi-annual pilgrimage to the Holy Land

The Programme Duration: 7 days / 6 nights
The programme will include an introduction to the work of YMCA in the Holy Land with visits to East Jerusalem YMCA, Jerusalem International YMCA, Beai Sahour YMCA, Jericho YMCA and Vocational Training Centre. A seminar with local Jewish and Palestinian believers in Jesus Christ on ‘Biblical Reconciliation’ and the work of Musalaha.
The Costs The costing is based on: 3* Hotel accommodation in Twin en-suite rooms that include 2 full meals per day. Air con coach taxi pick up and drop off at Ben Gurion Airport. Entrance fees into sights A one day licensed guide Customary tips for drivers and guides - If you wish to buy any added extras (e.g. extra baggage or require a single private room) then please be aware you may need to pay these extra costs.
The Holy Land The Holy Land is synonymous with the biblical Land of Israel and with the region of Palestine. Jews, Christians and Muslims all regard the region as holy. The holiness of the land is a destination to many Christian pilgrimage. Pilgrims visit the Holy Land to touch and see physical manifestations of their faith, to confirm their beliefs in the holy context with collective excitation, and to connect personally to the Holy Land.
