HOOP IT UP TEENS! BASKETBALL

Through programs like teen basketball, we nurture teens sense of self-confidence and introduce them to the concept of teamwork in a supportive environment. This basketball league brings teens the opportunity to participate in recreational league play. Space is limited and registration is on a first come first serve basis. STAYING ON TRACK Our Certified Personal Trainers will help you stay on track even after physical therapy. You’ll learn to maintain your health through functional movements that focus on injury prevention and wellness. You’ll also learn how to maintain balance through individualized routines. Additionally, your personal trainer will introduce you to different modalities for pain management, flexibility training, and preventative exercise. Sessions are 1 hour long and are available upon your request.
