Danby Dwc518bls 51 Bottle Silhouette Cellar Survey I ordered this "Danby" wine cooler from Dependable Resource. We ordered it for our basement renovation so we were not able to open right away but when we did it did not work. They gave us a company called B&H Appliances in Gardner, KS to have it fixed. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. They have had the cooler for over 4 weeks now and I get a different answer every time I call to find out what is taking so long. I have tried to get answers through Danby and I have tried to get answers and help through Dependable Resource. No one will help me and I have paid over $900 for this equipment that does not work and no one will help me get fixed. Don't order big equipment like this from Amazon because if it doesn't work you are hosed! Order from a local company so you can return it and you have some leverage! Not durable, we purchased it for a pantry. We were told by two different shops it would be better to just buy another one as the cost of coming to look at it and repair it were not worth it. I will not be purchasing Danby products again. After 2 years, it stopped cooling. Just paid $485 to get it fixed. It is very nice looking but it isnt a good product. I would not buy another Danby product.
