This is an interior renovation of a staff apartment project. The company needed a cost effective staff apartment within 5 minutes walk from the company in order to attract more quality talents, and the challenge of this project was to create more space possibilities in a very small space and to meet the living habits of Gen Z era employees

Responsibilities
(Design Preparatory Phase)
- Meeting with clients to understand their need and translating their desires into a design, and providing various options
- Carefully analyzing the project and presenting cost-saving measures,resulting in keeping the costs within £12,000
- Preparing presentation drawings throughout numerous design iterations (Design Development Phase)
- Preparation of building permit drawings and thoroughly documenting the existing space
- Managing digital models (SketchUp), keeping them clean and current throughout iterations.
- Meeting and collaborating with interior design construction team (Design Completion Phase)
- Staying ontop of team communication through ongoing changes in design and construction
- Collaborating with photographers for on-site shoots
staff apartment - application of color
The bold application of dark blue in the originally narrow and unlit corridor, through the combination of spotlights and photo walls, we hope that residents can feel relaxed and peaceful after coming home through this long corridor; red as the color of the bathroom will give people a "sense of restlessness", so that people can use it after Leave as soon as possible

Description
This project is at a stage where the floor plan has been mostly finalized, but the previous facade designs were not approved by the client. So I joined the project midway and continued with the follow-up facade design. The project went through two versions, and in the end, the design was further developed based on this version

The client's requirement for this project is to have a clean and resort-like facade. As a result, you will notice the use of numerous decorative grilles and large areas of perforations in the facade. The color palette of the materials is also chosen in the white color range to create a relaxed and airy atmosphere for the building
