Serves 2
14 oz. (400ml) can low fat
coconut milk
1 banana
3.5 oz. (100g) frozen pineapple
3.5 oz. 100g) frozen mango
1.8 oz. (50g) vanilla protein
powder
What you need to do
Add the coconut milk, banana, pineapple, mango and protein powder to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
