ORANA CENTRE 2020 | UNIVERSITY OF WOLLONGONG

Orana Centre is a local health centre based in Wollongong. It focuses on assisting and working with individuals who may need help with problems relating to drugs and/or alcohol. The Centre’s major problem that was defined in the early stages of the project was that their interior space and visual identity was not engaging visitors in a way that made them feel:

-Welcome to be in the space.

-Welcome to return and continue their journey to better health and wellbeing.

This concept was proposed in June 2020 and is currently being evaluated by Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD).
