Dr Cole Woolley, PhD, toured the country in early October, advocating the health benefits of good nutrition. With summer fast approaching, try Dr Woolley’s three-step nutritional programme to help get your body into top shape, both inside and out. Dr Woolley recommends starting the programme with a goal in mind. Share this goal with a friend and make a habit of exercising together and supporting each other.
Step one: detoxify (maintain for at least five days) By ‘detoxify’, Dr Woolley refers to ‘feeding
and cleaning your cells’. The environment is filled with harmful toxins and it is almost impossible to stop them from entering the body. However, by boosting nutrition, the elimination of toxins within the body is improved. Dr Woolley suggests adopting the 5-Day Nutritive Cleanse programme, which helps to cleanse the digestive tract and colon,
you reach your goal) Once the body is clean, it needs nourishment to help it function to its fullest. Dr Woolley believes the best way to nourish the body is with Young Living’s Balance Complete and Sulfurzyme. Balance Complete is a high-fibre meal replacement drink containing essential amino acids for muscle strength and endurance, vitamins and minerals for stamina and energy, enzymes for food to energy conversion, and wolfberry fibre to promote a healthy gastrointestinal tract. In addition, make it a habit to drink plenty of fresh water, at least three 650ml bottles every day or more if you exercise a lot, and incorporate plenty of fresh fruits and vegies into your diet. I can’t believe that it’s November already, and with the holidays around the corner, 2010 is almost over! Some of our members were lucky enough to be able to recharge and spend a week in the beautiful Cook Islands towards the end of October. However, luck was not what got them there. It all boiled down to their hard work and commitment to themselves and Young Living. Check out our Facebook page to get a glimpse into what happened in the Cook Islands. Also last month, in October, Dr Cole Woolley visited Australia, embarking on a national tour.
