SERENITY IN THE CITY

Nobu & Laurent Perrier Combine For A Spectacular Summer Terrace

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square has unveiled its summer terrace in partnership with Champagne Laurent-Perrier, offering a slice of Serenity in the City.

Now open for the duration of the summer, the stylish Nobu Terrace offers guests a unique Nobu and Champagne pairing menu from luxury champagne house, Laurent-Perrier.

Ideal for those looking for the ultimate hideaway in the city after a long day of shopping or special plans with friends, the stunning terrace is tucked away in a quiet corner of Marylebone. Reflecting the Japanese concept of wa, meaning harmony, Serenity in the City offers an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of city life throughout the summer months.

Boasting a lighter, fresher take on a selection of Nobu’s worldrenowned signature dishes, created with the delicate notes of Champagne Laurent-Perrier in mind, guests can choose from Grilled Salmon Shiso Tabbouleh, fresh Lobster Salad with

Spicy Lemon Dressing, and Wagyu sliders with Dashi Fries. Dragon Fruit Ceviche and Passionfruit and Mango Kakigori offer some much-needed refreshment during the long summer days.

Immaculately presented, each dish is a harmonious celebration of the synergies between French elegance and Japanese cuisine. The design of the terrace itself draws inspiration from LaurentPerrier’s upcoming Petal Robe, which consumers can expect to see launching later in the year exclusively at Selfridges. The fifth limited-edition Cuvée Rosé robe is inspired by the unique colour palette of the liquid with each individual enamel stroke creating a ‘petal’ effect on the Robe. From soft rose and apricot pinks to warmer brioche tones, the new Petal Robe offers a strikingly artistic take on the iconic product.

The Laurent-Perrier ‘Serenity in the City’ Terrace at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is now open.
