YAUATCHA BRUNCH
Located in Broadgate Circle, Yautacha City is the highly acclaimed Chinese dim sum teahouse that celebrates authentic Cantonese cuisine with a modern influence.
With two restaurants in London, Yauatcha was the first - and remain the only restaurant - to combine Chinese dim sum and European patisserie.
Dim Sum, of course, is the dominant cuisine, with delicious bites include crunchy Prawn and bean curd Cheung Fun; Scallop Shui Mai with tobiko caviar; Wagyu Beef Puff; and Soft Shell Crab Bao.
Other menu highlights include Peking Duck; Stir-Fried Rib Eye Beef; and creamy Red Snapper Curry with okra, aubergine, pineapple and shiitake mushroom. There's a whole host of vegetables, rice and noodles to accompany dishes too. Finish with one of the many colourful macrons on offer; from Earl Grey to Pina Colada, there's something for everyone.
The restaurant has also just launched its new summer brunch menu in partnership with Patron Tequila. Across the special three course menu there is a choice of delicious dim sum and small eats, main dishes, and dessert. New to the menu is a Glass noodle salad with roasted chicken and kumquat, a light and fresh dish with umami flavours, plus soft, pillowy Soufflé pancakes with honeycomb.
Two new light and refreshing cocktails feature on the menu as part of the brunch experience, created in partnership with Patrón Tequila: the Crystal paloma uses Patrón Silver mixed with clarified lime and grapefruit juice and agave, whilst the Mandarin spritz features Patrón Reposado mixed with Aperol, mandarin and tonic water with a Szechuan salt edge.
Included in the new brunch menu for £72pp, these two new Patrón cocktails can also be enjoyed at all times at both Yauatcha City and Soho.
Perfect to enjoy with friends, the vibrant terrace features a hacienda inspired installation with Mexican florals, textured arch frames and a marble seat.
Brunch is £72 per person including 3-courses plus two cocktails each, or £48 without cocktails. Available to book until 29th September 2023.
