ST GERMAIN TERRACE AT PAN PACIFIC

Located in the heart of the City, in Bishopsgate Plaza, Pan Pacific London has partnered with St-Germain on a new al fresco seafood & cocktail Terrace On The Plaza.

Bringing a taste of sunshine and seashore, the hotel’s expansive outdoor plaza has been carefully transformed into the perfect sipping spot with delicious seafood, refreshing cocktails and verdant foliage.

Using St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, which is created from one thousand elderflowers, as the inspiration behind the drinks, highlights include, the signature St-Germain Spritz, a mix of St-Germain, prosecco, soda and lemon; St-Germain Hugo, a highball with fresh mint, soda, lime, prosecco; and an Espresso Martini.

Whatsmore, guests can also enjoy dishes from the new terrace food menu, featuring fresh seafood with an Asian twist. Sharing small plates include Tuna Ceviche, with edamame, sliced radish, wasabi mayo and ponzu sauce, and a flavourful Prawn Rojak Salad, topped with spicy shrimp, prawns, pineapple, mooli, cucumber and toasted peanuts and a Salmon Poke Bowl.

More substantial dishes such as the delicious Lobster Roll, and Lemongrass steamed mussels are perfect for those looking for something a little more filling. Or for a summery sweet treat, guests can also enjoy a trio of assorted ice creams including raspberry and chilli, apple wasabi and sesame.

The Terrace On The Plaza is open until 30th September, from 12pm - 9pm every day.
