The latest London opening for the famed steakhouse, STK Steakhouse Stratford is just a stone's throw from Stratford International station and Westfield Stratford City.

Located at The Gantry London, STK Steakhouse offers Vibe Dining at its finest, boasting fantastic rooftop views of London, reimagined classic American cuisine, world-famous cocktails and live music spun by renowned DJs.

Start with some succulent Lil' Brgs - these generously sized USDA beef mini sliders are served with special sauce and pickles in a sesame seed bun. Elsewhere on the menu the Yellowfin tuna tartare is a great palette cleanser with the soy honey emulsion. As is the ponzu tiger's milk ceviche and fresh oysters.

Moving on to mains and as you would expect there is a fantastic selection of steak from Japanese Wagyu to Black Angus tomahawk and classic cuts such as sirloin, ribeye and fillet.

Top it off with some table side melted butters such as truffle, garlic or even lobster. To make it extra special add some shaved black truffle or a crab and parmesan crust.

With steaks this flavoursome you can expect some hearty sides to accompany. From creamed spinach and mashed potatoes to truffle and parmesan french fries and fresh heirloom tomato salad; there's also a wide variety of mac and cheese with truffle and bacon all on offer.

What you don't expect however, is the wide array of other mains on offer. With roasted lamb rack; lobster ravioli; cornfed chicken; and even braised beef short rib; there are a number of tasty options for those who might not fancy steak. Each coming with their own accompaniments, guests can enjoy the likes of black cod and bok choy; and mushroom and truffle tagliatelle.

To finish - if you have any room - American favourites such as warm chocolate chip cookie and New York cheesecake will ensure even the sweetest sweet tooth is satisfied.

Stylish and offering great views of the Olympic Park and city beyond, the innovative cocktail menu, whisky and wine selection ensures there is something to suit all tastes. There is also a happy hour offering every Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6.30pm and Sunday to Wednesday from 10pm until close. A fantastic addition to Stratford's dining scene.
