SUSHISAMBA
from Your Marylebone
Sushisamba’s Covent Garden location atop the historic Grade II-listed Market Building is the perfect location for pre-theatre dining or a post-shopping feast.
With cool interiors from the lush green bar to the open sushi counter, guests can graze late into the afternoon or evening on dishes inspired by the cuisines of Japan, Brazil and Peru. Designed to share, menu highlights include spicy Rock Shrimp tempura; Yellowtail taquitos with roasted corn miso; Wagyu gyoza; and Robata grilled Chilean Seabass miso skewers with Peruvian corn.
Sushisamba is also one of the few restaurants in the world to serve authentic Kobe beef, officially certified by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
The Taste of Samba menu is a great way to try some of the most popular dishes from the menu - including the Chilean Seabass - and get a real taste for Sushisamba.
Start with Edamame, crispy green bean tempura with black truffle aioli; and moreish Plantain chips with aji Amarillo; before moving onto Wagyu gyoza and crispy Lobster taquitos.
Other highlights include the chef's collection of Nigiri and Japanese Wagyu maki with oroshi ponzu, caviar and shaved truffle; Robata lamb chop; and the creamy mushroom tobanyaki with poached egg, varying mushrooms, yuzu soy and garlic chips.
Finish with the decadent chocolate banana cake with maple butter, plantain chip and vanilla rum ice cream.
Drinks are just as exciting with an array of wines, spirits and refreshing cocktails including the tropical Lychee Cooler and the light and floral Sake Spritz.
With the rooftop terraces open at both Covent Garden and Heron Tower for the summer months, there is no better time to visit!
