This May, the Churchill Bar & Terrace invites you to travel the world with a unique cocktail from its new Unity menu. Located on Portman Square and moments from Oxford Street, it promises to take guests on a thrilling journey of different cultures through ingredients, sensations, and stories, whilst honouring sustainability at its core. The new Unity menu is a celebration of the treasured traditions of the bar team’s respective cultures and brings together a wealth of diverse experience, backgrounds and personalities. The Churchill Bar & Terrace team is made up of award-winning bartenders and waiters, foodies and cigar aficionados that have honed their craft at some of the world’s best bars.

Born through a desire to honour the importance of sustainable craftmanship in mixology and to connect their roots whilst highlighting the traditions of their respective heritages, the team which produced Unity have carefully selected ingredients including local flavours and home-grown produce which matched unique tastes, flavours and techniques to create an authentic menu to delight guests with elegance and luxury.

Unity presents twelve specially curated signature cocktails that explore innovative flavour and ingredient combinations inspired by the Americas, Asia and Europe. Separated into three sections, each chapter of the intriguing cocktail menu includes a creation derived from each location and is followed by the Unity cocktail, which is inspired by two of the continents. Each section is completed with a final cocktail, a celebration of a particularly special ingredient from the remaining continent, completing the unifying journey.

Apart from craft cocktails, quality cigars, light bites and Churchill’s Cocktail Brunch, guests can enjoy premium food and drink in the stylish art-deco inspired interior or the bar’s newly unveiled outdoor terrace. The truly distinctive cocktail list delights guests with both quintessential and surprising tastes. Throughout the menu the Churchill Bar & Terrace’s commitment to sustainability is seen through the specific ingredients and methods used, whilst simultaneously transporting guests on a boundless journey across the world. The Terrace offers guests the chance to step into a corner of Provence this summer and at this spectacular summer sanctuary on the edge of Portman Square, guests will be enveloped in foliage bejewelled with oranges and luscious lavender plants throughout the cosy, heated terrace.
