In keeping with the destination's renowned quality cuisine, the new brunch menu delivers a host of options to enjoy alongside half a bottle of Delamotte Champagne.
Choose between dishes such as a chef’s selection of steamed dim sum; Wagyu beef gyoza and Ibérico siew long bao to start followed by an indulgent main course including Wagyu bavette in black bean sauce which is truly delicious and not to be overlooked or grilled black cod with king soya and chilli mango dressing; XO prawn with kailan; and honey roasted BBQ pork.
Alongside the varied and vibrant main course options, you can choose one of four side dishes to accompany it. Stir-fried summer kale, asparagus, egg fried rice and egg noodles complete the line-up to create your own menu. The best way to experience this offering is with friends and family allowing you to sample a number of different options and enjoy a plethora of dishes and flavours from across the menu.
Finishing off your meal in style is a selection of seasonal desserts chosen by the pastry chef which provides a number of bite-sized delicacies packed full of flavour.
