&Dine is an online food marketplace building a community of passionate home cooks and independent food businesses, connecting Makers with people in their neighbourhood by delivering authentic and delicious handmade food. Their aim is to encourage people to start their own food business and enhance creativity and community throughout their platform. Essentially, they are creating a space where everyone has a seat at the table, and they are pleased to be able to bring the true heart of home cooking to you.

The way it works is you select your chef and your dishes online and they are then simply delivered to your door where they will arrive cooled, and you can then finish at home and enjoy the taste of authentic home cooked meals of your choice.

Born in Sierra Leone but raised in the UK Maker, Pessima, specialises in Afro-Fusion Barbeque. Taught by his parents, he makes traditional West African, North African, Caribbean and South American barbeque cuisine that fuses various cooking techniques, ingredients and flavours. Fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables complement meat cooked over charcoal, wood and fire to offer a unique texture and smoky flavour. All &Dine cooks are trained in food safety hygiene and are required to pass an accredited food safety and hygiene certification exam and uphold the highest standards when preparing meals. Food is freshly made in advance to order.
