You will teach people how to make Sushi for corporate events, group lessons and one to one lessons.
Our Business model Your Sushi has strong links with Event Management companies across the UK, allowing franchisees to access to the corporate world easily. We also have many daily requests for gift vouchers, one to one lessons, group lessons and Hen nights through our website. As a franchisee, you will be passed on ALL the leads in your area. Your revenue streams will be: • One to one sushi lessons (gift vouchers) • Group Lessons • Sushi parties • Corporate & Team building events • Work parties • Sales made via the YourSushiShop.com website You will be provided with training, products and marketing techniques to ensure your success. 1. Individual Lessons You will go and teach one or two people how to make Sushi at home, in their own kitchen. Individual lessons are very popular for birthdays, Christmas & Valentines gifts, or simply for Sushi lovers wanting to make their own! Customers can book their lessons through you, directly via the website or on the main office number, open 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm. Gifts certificates are available for purchase. 2. Sushi Group Lessons Organise every couple of weeks a 2 hours group lessons at a local venue in your area. Groups of 8 are ideal and can usually be run from a venue at a local hotel or restaurant. Your Sushi works closely with the chain of Hotels throughout the UK and can take care of the venue’s booking process for you.
Customers can book their group lesson through you, directly via the website or on the main office number, open 7 days a week, from 8am to 8pm. Gifts certificates are also available. 3. Sushi Parties Organise in your area Sushi parties for birthdays, hen nights, office do’s or for a fun treat between friends and family. Teach from 3-8 friends how to make Sushi in their own home. 4. Team building events Your Sushi has a network of more than 30 team building events managements companies throughout the UK which promote Your Sushi’s events. As a franchisee, you will benefit from: 1. The enquiries for Sushi team building events in your area. You will be offered the unique opportunity to run the events that will come in you area. 2. The training and scenario for the team building events Events range from 8-30 participants. For larger events, another franchisee or a member of Your Sushi will come and help you out as you can only manage a certain number of people by yourself. We work everyday to make sure that we are as close to the teambuilding market’s requirements as we can. We want to make Your Sushi’s team building events a fun and affordable events for businesses and a very good earner for our franchisees.

You will also benefit from our large network of team building and corporate event management companies and get to teach Sushi to larger audiences; seriously boosting your cash flow!
Sales Territory The franchisor will have a plan that shows the maximum franchises an area will have: numbers will reflect the number of businesses and/or homes in any given area. You may also be 'allowed' to go onto an area that has not been taken yet, but on the understanding that you must leave this extra area when a new franchisee appears.
Cost and fees The Your Sushi franchise fee is 5000 pounds. It includes everything that you need to start giving Sushi lessons in your area and covers all training costs. There is a call management services fee of 7% of the Franchise turnover. With this, YourSushi will carry on developing the expanding network of event management companies who promote the YourSushi corporate events. An additional 1.5% of turnover will be going toward the national advertisement and website maintenance costs. All Sushi ingredients (Except fish and vegetables) will need to be sourced directly from Your Sushi, at the preferred franchisee rate. This will guarantee the high quality of the products used during the lessons. We will promote Your Sushi nationally and through the website. We will also provide you with marketing material and ideas to promote further the YourSushi lessons in your area. It will then be up to you to promote Your Sushi events around you. This can be achieved with very low costs but promotional stunts with local radio stations, ect…more marketing info will be provided to you when you become a YourSushi franchisee.

Day 1 – Safety first • Health and Safety training & exam • Sushi History & Sushi etiquette Day 2 – The nitty-gritty • Explanation of the business process • Going through the Your sushi operation manual to cover all areas of the business. • Demonstrate the online presence and re-ordering of Supplies • Thorough explanation and review of all Sushi equipment
Day 3 – Hands on • Kitchen introduction / Health & Safety • Vegetables preparation training for Sushi • Sushi Rice preparation • Learn about all types of Sushi rolls • Learn about decoration tricks Day 4 – Hands on • Fish thorough explanation • Trip to the fishmonger • Fish cutting • Hand moulded and other types Sushi • Preparation of a large Sushi meal Day 5 – Tricks of the trade • Sharpening of knifes • How to: o Run Team building events* o Run Sushi Parties o Run Sushi Group lessons
* We will always get you to attend and help at a group/corporate event before you decide to go solo for your first team building event.
