A BRIGHT NEW WORLD IS HAPPENING Contrary to contemporary public worldview and opinion, the solutions for a global, peaceful, just, thriving and sustainable civilization exist. These solutions are powered by ordinary people - citizens, social entrepreneurs, and youth - and even the support networks are in place. Like many innovations, and special topics, these important things are ignored - just like the amazing model schools receiving lots of awards - but this doesn't mean that they do not exist!In fact, some of these grand solutions have made it to bestseller lists, even Hollywood screens! - but this doesn't mean the people "get it," and realize that this is something they they should get involved in spreading! Many thousand such absolutely sensational innovations, benefitting millions and fit for billions are well documented on open online platforms. FUTURE STUDIES The Future is created by 4 aspects > trends > intentional innovation > accidents (like meteors) and > VISION Example: You are doing this ALL THE TIMEwith your holidays: Imagine that you are "alive", fit to experience this vibrant planet and its worlds. This means, you are not choosing pre-planned beach hotel holidays, but a multi-faceted eco-cultural JOURNEY. For this journey, you choose certain SOLID BASE POINTS YOU ENJOY, and general orientation on the geographic and cultural map that you will travel through: mountains, waterfalls, elephant sanctuaries, cool backpacker hostels you decide to visit. That's your VISION. And the rest in-between on your 4 weeks is open to adjusting on-site, with a good deal of surprise, and discoveries (probably the best parts of your journey) born from interaction of fellow travellers and locals. Some people are crazy afraid of this, but once you have done it, love it! and you are confident about reacting to the unpredictables, also rainfalls, and some illness. That's life. Our VISION is a global, peaceful, just, thriving and sustainable civilization, with inner and outer peace, inner and outer abundance* for all. It is important to note that it is very well possible to AGREE on encompassing, unifying vision among large numbers of citizens, if done right. It's not about toppling a dictator, not against something. Not about revolution, but evolution, where all citizens become active co-creators and stewards of the vision, society and its process. It has been done, successfully, and can be replicated millionfold. With the moderately healthy (yet often silent) majority of human populations on regional and interregional levels. Our solid, reliable BASE CAMPS and CORNER STONES of the journey into this good future, are the thousands of model solutions for practically everything. Our local GUIDES and WISE co-travellers are experienced changemakers, who we meet live on site and online, as well as the local citizenry. Countless participatory processes have been explored and successfully implemented. By people who HAVE this new spirit. (Not the old decision-makers, nor the wanna-be process facilitators with their robotic mindsets) The new exists, but this doesn't mean that every fool handling the bow is a master archer. Many are stupid, jumping on the bandwaggon, messing things up and destroying the movement. YL STANDS FOR 100% QUALITY OF THESE ELEMENTS. * A few words about Inner Abundance: When life is grand, for example on a hiking tour in grand nature, you don't give a damn about three cars, 10 room mansion and tv. It's even annoying! When men feel good, they also do NOT feel a vampiristic drive of feeding on women to fill their inner void.


POSITIVE CHANGE MEDIA CULTURE Conveying Memesets & Vision to People Whatever communication we look at ... mother to baby, father to child, children on a playground, educator and learner, fellows in a workshop ... its nature is Upliftment, ... unless the parents are through and through psycho-emotionally disturbed. MEANINGFUL COMMUNICATION SERVES UPLIFTMENT and in times of crisis, meaningful communication serves the instant solving of the crisis, and healing. ON THE SOCIETAL LEVEL, media are a society's macro communication tool. Their function is the upliftment of society. In times of crisis, their role is to communicate solutions, and empowering people for overcoming the crisis. From this perspective, the media of contemporary unsustainable societies are completely dysfunctional. Moreover, they serve as transmitter of the complex, harmful MEMESETS of the culture of unsustainability. And completely psycho-emotionally disturbed.


Youth-LeadeR pioneers the media culture that serves positive change, by > communicating solutions > providing human examples cf. "the power of role models" > equipping people > connecting people for creating functional models for inner and outer peace and abundance for all in harmony with all life. AND PEOPLE LOVE IT! YL's style of media ... in content and spirit ... may even still EXIST in a global, peaceful, just, thriving and sustainable, a sacred civilization, as a broad source of informal learning in- and outside schools, as well as for society as a whole, for continuous upward spiralling of societal models and innovation. On the contrary, today's media are certainly incongruent with those enjoyed by healthy, souvereign, cocreative citizens of such a civilization. We can see this in early cells of this new, good healthy, peaceful, and cocreative civilization, such as intentional eco-communities. In them, commercial media are obsolete, and people enjoy a rich life of inner and outer abundance. A life, possible everywhere, for everybody, if they aquire the pertaining MEMESETS. And FEELSETS.


ROLE MODELS "80% of human behaviour is shaped by role models, much of it subconsciously, like all mammals do." Dr. Gary Slutkin, Cure Violence Copy-paste. This is great for wolf pups, with awesome hero parents, full of unconditional love and sustainable lifestyle patterns. But it is very bad for unsustainable societies. Be realistic: a sustainable society can only exist, if all its citizens qualify as inhabitants and stewards of a peaceful, sustainable society. We are in a situation where we need more than that! We need the people bringing this about: HEROES! But today's citizens have practically zero role models qualifying as Inhabitants, nor cocreators (heroes) of a global, peaceful, just, thriving and sustainable society. Neither parents, neighbourhood, teachers, peers or media (yuk!) convey the worldview, memes and behaviour patterns of heroes and inhabitants of an awesome civilization. Role models are also conveyed via MEDIA, since the mind does not differ much. That's double bad for today's society. Unless - well, unless we use YL... Youth-LeadeR abounds with living role models who are EMBODYING the pure model of inhabitants and cocreators of a sustainable civilization of abundance for all - beyond all doubt, and with tremendous impact and feedback around the globe: Ergo: Let's fill everybody's days, worldview and thinking with these role models, their vibes and actions!


THE POWERS OF YOUTH LEADERSHIP Young people can achieve things that adults cannot - even if they wanted to. Look at our young examples in the media, receiving massive support, inspiring hundreds of thousands of teens to rise and contribute, - with genuine spirit, honesty, doubtless truth, and untouchable by dyshonourable special interest groups. Young people today want to be the change. All they need is > information on global issues and crisis > ideas on what to do to help > some support, basic tools > advice about the jungle of bureaucracy This we know from young changemakers as Craig Kielburger, who heads a movement of 150,000 youth in 4,000 schools across canada, taking monthly actions for positive change at home and abroad.



OUR NEW "HIGHLY GIFTED" Let's sum up media, curricula and parents: "Young people shall be active, responsible, peaceful, sustainable and global citizens, engaged in civil society, creating new, sustainable businesses, fair societies, and colaborative, democratic governments, overcoming, culturally inherited wars, racism and subjugation, abuse of women, destruction of rainforests, ocean collapse and species extinction. They shall also be lively, healthy, dance to their own music." So far so good. We agree. So how can we tell the handful of young, active youth at school to stop dreaming, that there is no time for environmental stuff at school, shall focus on their C in chemistry? On top, they are bullied by their stupid peers for being treehuggers. This is the worst symptom of the unsustainable society. Craig Kielburger calls them shameless idealists. That's good and true - but teachers do not necessarily know how to handle them, how to integrate them in conventional educational frameworks. We have an idea: If most teens are NOT like the above mentioned ideal and required(!) model of 21st Century proof humans, but only a handful ... then we naturally have to regard this handful like "HIGHLY GIFTED".


"Like" Highly Gifted, not "as". Let's keep the differentiation, but it is time that... > we recognize them as our finest, our future social entrepreneurs and cultural creatives. TRANSFORMATIONAL LEARNING & ROLE MODELS As you can tell from our young HeroInes biographies, each reports about a disruptive experience: The moment when they awoke to the realization that there is something BROKEN in the world. This is a moment of awakening to "suffering", and taking on a quest of growing beyond one's old limits, rise to the challenge and GROW into a new self. We all go through Transformational Learning experiences: in all kinds of personal CRISIS, but also in self-chosen CHANGES: our first lone journey abroad, pregnancy, starting an enterprise, taking on a highly responsible role, pursueing our passion on a musical or sports career. In these phases, the most important thing to us are ROLE MODELS - because they are a manifestation of the newly desired future self. So we aspire to copy them. Copying them superficially (how they walk, dress) is not the real thing for Mums, or entrepreneurs. It is about the mind- and feel-set. We feel into them, holistically, subconsciously preferably by walking alongside them, and practicing what they PRACTICE to cultivate their inner alchemy, and evolve their skills. GAMING & CHANGEMAKING Gaming and changemaking are being purposefully connected, with precious results. Not just for petty gamification of global issues for educational purposes. That's lame. Gaming has been used for exploring future scenarios, and solving challenges, for real. > FOR FUTURE STUDIES* Involving thousands of online gamers in mass multiplayer roleplaying games, players explore overcoming global challenges, epidemics, and resource scarcety. RESULTS: The passionate fantasy gamers showed the same reactions as "real populations" in crisis situations. More important, they came up with the same colaborative problem solving approaches and results as experts in the real world.
