Welcome to Summit 2016! Welcome to the 2016 Youth Volunteer Corps Summit! It is so appropriate that we gather for the first time in our 29 year history in Philadelphia. People have been gathering in this city for more than 250 years to discuss how to make things better. Making things better is exactly what we do every day in our YVC communities. This weekend we gather as a network of YVC programs to discuss how we can do a better job of improving our communities through youth service. That we gather in the City of Brotherly Love makes perfect sense. It’s exactly what YVC does. We express our brotherly and sisterly love for others by serving. My wish is that we leave this great city and return home to all corners of the United States and Canada better able to achieve our mission of serving others. Yours in service,
David Battey President and Founder

Use this page to keep track of any Summit attendees you may have known before you came this weekend, then add to it whenever you make a new connection throughout the weekend.
