eyestone Properties develops and manages office, retail,
hotel and residential properties, with a particular emphasis on mixed-use developments in prime locations in Hainan Island, mainland China. The company currently has a residential project under construction in Haikou, as well as two mixed-use project in Sanya and Haikou respectively. Keyestone has substantial property interests in Mainland China. These include property development, management and trading interests, and the group’s property portfolio incudes commercial and retail properties in prime locations, as well as hotels and residential properties.

HAIKOU PROPERTY TRADING Keyestone Properties has an excellent reputation for the quality of its trading properties. The majority of its activities in this respect are focused on developing residential properties for sale. The company’s first development was the 2-tower Ocean Crest in Haikou, Hainan Island, China. Keyestone Properties develops high quality residential properties in prime locations that are generally targeted at upper middle to high-income earners.

RESIDENTIAL, OFFICE, RETAIL, HOTELS, ENTERTAINMENT NDJ (Nandu Jiang) is Keyestone Properties’ flagship property in Mainland china. Occupying approximately a 1,100 mu (4.4 million sq.m.) site in the Qiongshan District of Haikou, Nandu Jiang is around 15 minutes from the city centre and CBD. The development is located in the planned central district on the eastern shore of Nandu Jiang between the airport and downtown. This area is already home to the provisional government, Provincial People’s Congress, Provincial Public Security Department and Provincial Procuratorate. Nandu Jiang is the largest and most complex development project in the east side district. It consists of villas, condominiums, educational institutions, culture, leisure and other facilities, a retail complex, a hotel, and office towers all in one area. A key planning consideration is to apply green innovations that minimize the project’s ongoing carbon footprint. The total construction area exceeds 1.3 million sq.m.

The Jerde Partnership, a renowned and visionary US architecture and urban planning firm has been commissioned for the overall planning and design of this project. Their brief is to create a world-class community that conforms to the highest standards. The project includes a 500-meter Commercial Avenue featuring a large shopping mall. In terms of location, scale and quality, Nandu Jiang is destined to become the cultural and commercial heart of the east side district, and the most desirable place to live. Nandu Jiang will be developed in phases. The first phase of the project is scheduled to start in 2013. The entire project is expected to be completed within 10 years.

SANYA HOTEL, RETAIL, RESIDENTIAL
Keyestone Properties’ investment portfolio at Sayna, Hainan Island include the five-star Grand Hyatt Resorts and Hotel. The property is a prime resort mixed-use development designed by Jerde Partnership, LTW, and design wunderkind Andre Fu. The Grand Hyatt is a 440-room luxury hotel in Haitang Bay in Sanya, Hainan Island. The hotel has a spa village, a ballroom, a convention center, a performance pool, 5 restaurants and bars, and a children camp. Along side the hotel are 35 exclusive villas with sizes ranged from 500 sqm to 1000 sqm designed by Singapore based architect eco:id. Sales begin in early 2014. Adjacent to the hotel and the villas is a luxury outdoor retail shopping center (approximately 15, 000 sqm) developed and managed by Keyestone Properties.

Education As part of its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, Keyestone Properties built and donated a primary school to the Wan Cheng village in Hainan Island. Today the school has enrolled and provided education to more than 400 hundreds from the neighboring villages.

Our facilities provide complete knitwear manufacturing services and we operate our fully owned factories in both Hong Kong and China. We also control the entire manufacturing process, which enables us to manage and oversee every stage, from the conversion of raw material to the final, finished product. SANLIAN MINING T
he group’s industrial activities include knitwear manufacturing and mining. Through subsidiary Sanlian Mining, Keyestone also has an interest in mining operations in Hainan Island, China. Sanlian Mining Co., Limited was founded through the approval of the State Ministry of Commerce, and is a foreign-invested listed company combining zircon and titanium mining and site development, in-depth processing, marketing and distribution, all in one entity. Sanlian holds mining rights to 16.6041 square kilometers of the Wenchang Puqian Mine Orebody 1, with its proven reserves of 230,000 tons of zircon and 540,000 tons of ferro-titanium. the company also obtained through an auction the exploration rights to the mining zones of Wenchang’s Weng Tian Shenhenggou and the Donghaishan zircon-titanium placer deposits, which are mining zones standing on an area of 2.1344 square kilometers, and is currently in the process of securing the mining rights for these areas.

PRODUCTS The main business of Sanlian Mining Limited is the mining of zircon, titanium and rutile for the domestic mining industry in China. The main products produced by Sanlian are refined zircon, titanium and rutile. Zircon is a rare and strategic metal, and eighty percent of the domestic reserves are found in Hainan. Sanlian is in possession of the country’s largest land-based reserves of zircon and titanium, and is currently the largest zircon mining and production enterprise in China, boasting the highest quality products in the domestic market.
ACHIEVEMENTS Sanlian has become a permanent council member of the Hainan Provincial Work Safety Association. Major awards and recognitions won by Sanlian over the past few years include the honorary title and official recognition from the Wenchang Municipal Government as a “Taxpayer in Good Faith” for five consecutive years (2006-2010). Also, In October of 2010 after undergoing auditing and review by the Hainan Provincial Center for Enterprise Credit Evaluation, Sanlian was honored to be included among the list of Hainan Province’s Top Ten Highest-Integrity Metallurgy Industry Enterprises, and in March of 2008 our company was awarded by the Hainan Provincial Industrial Economic Encouragement and Appraisal Committee by being placed among the list of “Hainan Province’s Top 50 Industrial and Economic Powers.”
