I think copyright protection is essential for interior designers they should keep their original drawings and documents Because one day in the future if you find that your design is copied or used for other purposes you can take it out and prove that it comes from the drawings and documents you have completed Its also a testament to yourself
Also if my designs works or drawings are found to have been copied or used elsewhere I will take legal action to be treated fairly After all every drawing and document is a design that has been thought of and made by me It is also a respect for other designers and me Because in some cases the client may hire another interior design firm to implement the proposed interior design at a lower cost without awarding the contract to the original designer Therefore, when a comparable situation occurs these legal provisions protection and copyright protection will play a relative role in protecting the copyright of designers.
So in the end I think these regulations are necessary It is also the basic respect for customers Because customers pay, we must do our best Satisfying customers is also our responsibility

For the mayor of Kuala Lumpur to announce that certification permits are no longer required for small scale renovations, I think there are good and bad. Recently, the Mayor of Kuala Lumpur announced that the Laughing Building will no longer require a certification. Because every activity of a construction project has time and costs associated with it. It is often mistaken for common and often occurs in construction projects. This announcement is made to help citizens shorten the renovation time so that they can renovate more smoothly
But in fact this move will definitely benefit the citizens who do small construction, because they can do it by submitting the form themselves instead of hiring an interior designer or architect, so it saves them cost and time Also I dont think it will make any difference to architects and interior designers when a permit is no longer required for small renovations, as they will still have other job opportunities coming

Fire safety reduces the risk of personal injury and damage to buildings that can result from a fire Developing and implementing fire safety protocols in the workplace is not only a legal requirement but is critical to the safety of everyone who may be in a building during a fire emergency. For example a few points reduce the risk of injury to employees and customers, reduce damage to facilities/buildings prevent possible fines to prevent loss of customer trust to protect employee jobs and others lost due to extensive building damage
With regard to fire safety in the workplace, the importance of fire safety in the workplace is often overlooked Since many workplaces are surrounded by ingredients and materials that can quickly ignite a fire, it is necessary to discuss fire safety A discussion of fire safety helps understand fire hazards and the three necessary ingredients to ignite a fire —heat fuel and oxygen When employees are educated about these ingredients and hazards, hazards around the workplace become easier to spot and more likely to be dealt with reducing the overall risk of fire
Additionally, educating employees is important to the overall goal of fire safety in the workplace, but another important measure is developing a fire prevention plan The prevention plan will specifically describe each employee's responsibilities in identifying combustible materials existing fire hazards and heat generating equipment It is an important part of preventing workplace fires.
