China's aging population has become a serious social problem, affecting and restricting economic development and social stability. It is urgent to solve the need of living space for the elderly. This project hopes to propose an elderly community that can meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly and realize family sharing.

Through investigation and research, it is found that the spiritual needs of the elderly are basically the same , of which the most desired is to meet the needs of entertainment
Most of the elderly in China suffer from a variety of chronic diseases . Most people want basic medical care to be more convenient.
Most of the elderly in China suffer from a variety of chronic diseases. Most people want basic medical care to be more convenient.
By investigating the horizontal characteristics of different activities, such as space scale degree of freedom ... The above data are summarized and analyzed The elderly group prefers group activities with moderate amount of exercise and multiple people. The plane layout of the project is reasonably arranged according to the dynamic and static needs of the activities and the overall trend is from dynamic to static.
SHAPE DEFORMATION
Study the possibility of block space generated by different plane layouts, and enrich the integrity of blocks by adding and subtracting blocks and adding grid elements. List the diversity of the blocks, and extract the blocks that best meet the main body of the project.

LAND OF FREEDOM
The flowing courtyard corridor increases the space interest, and the air walk path is staggered and breaks the limitation.
The pressure of learning is increasing, entertainment and learning are separated, and teenagers' sense of happiness is reduced; The diversified space of learning and entertainment, combined with work and rest, can greatly relieve children's pressure and is also the unified vision of teenagers The project meets the requirements of children of different genders for entertainment. At the same time, it is equipped with learning space. With the flowing water as the ribbon, all functions are integrated into the building to bring children a free world.
The distance between the various schools around the site and the surrounding student public entertainment facilities , such as the stadium, amusement park, and exhibition center, is more than 500 meters away. The center of the site needs a building that can provide multiple functions to serve the surrounding students of all ages
“Sometimes the mind should be diverted, so as to better return to the mind and itself.”

Learning Fairyland For Teens
Buildings are gradually developing towards multi-functional buildings. This design attempts to break the traditional design layout and integrate the library building and multi-functional activity space to meet the reading and entertainment needs of young people of different ages.

The outer skin of the building mainly adopts low-e glass curtain wall with concealed frame and aluminum alloy plate.
The main load-bearing structure of the building is a frame structure, the core tube is a shear wall, and the partial roof is a truss structure.

The building function is connected in series by a spiral atrium and a pedestrian loop, and the overall line is smooth.

“In the countryside, time maintains the form when God created it. It is season and time. In the city, time is abstracted into calendar and numbers.” ——Boping Zhou
China's cities are in a period of rapid expansion. Every year, cities swallow up a lot of rural land, resulting in a reduction in arable land and difficulty in transporting fresh fruits and vegetables. However, at the same time as the expansion, a lot of land in the city was left unused, and a large number of unfinished buildings appeared. I hope that by renovating these unfinished buildings and giving them the function of farms, we can solve the problems faced by cities and rural areas.
KunMing city expand to a large e x tent e v ery ten years, while rural land is constantly bein g compressed, broken up by cities, and turned into scattered cultivated land all over the city.

The amount of food provided cannot meet the food needs of the city, but the government expects to provide more food to meet market activities such as sales
The population does not need such a large city, and the development of the city also breaks up the agricultural land.
Space required for various agricultural products
KunMing city boundary at the end of the 18th century
Due to the expansion of the city, the arable land of the farm is constantly decreasing, and the tall urban buildings are located on the side of the arable land, which ffects the climate and sunlight
The expansion of the city is accompanied by the expansion of the roads. The roads fragment the original cultivated land, occupying the area of the cultivated land, and affecting the irrigation of the cultivated.
Cities need parks, and people in cities need natural environments. However, the park will occupy the original agricultural land, resulting in further reduction of cultivated land.

Modern commerce is mainly concentrated in the south, educational and cultural buildings are mainly located at the north and south ends, and old factories are mainly located in the east
“In the countryside, time maintains the form when God created it. It is season and time. In the city, time is abstracted into calendar and numbers.”
——Boping Zhou
Residential distribution
Low rise residential buildings are distributed in the east, and modern residential buildings are mainly distributed in the west.
Relics and historical buildings
Cultural relics and parks are scattered in dots, with limited coverage and lack of spiritual and cultural places for residents.
Organic architecture advocates nature and gives life. Nature is the basic inspi -ration of organic architecture and the source of design. It is believed that the special appearance of every living creature is determined by its internal factors that can survive in the world. When life and nature are intertwined, projected into architectural design, and abstracted into concrete images, how to find a clear vein between the two is the key to this design.
The east has well-developed transportation and interaction. The traffic in the west is relatively backward and lacks a systematic traffic network
The interior landscape of wetland park is rich in levels and varieties. There are two small and large islands in the center of the wetland park, which are long and connected by a wooden arch bridge. The surrounding areas are large areas of water and vegetation.

Through the study of the space required by the function, the architectural space of different heights is formed.
Place each functional sub-area of the building within the divided range, and keep the road in the middle.
The various functional areas of the building are connected in series to form semi-enclosed building group.

Compared with the main structure of the building, its skin structure is more complex and changeable. The curtain wall system of the building is divided into two parts: glass curtain wall and resin plate curtain wall. The two are systematic and interrelated.

Project overview: The grating is set to block the pedestrian's view. The walls divide the site, guide the direction of the flow of people, and define different spaces. This building echoes with the wooden frame, overhanging mountain top, double slope roof and other elements of the ancient house, and matches the quiet and restrained spirit of the ancient house with low saturation color. However, the innovation of materials and the use of modern elements make the visual contrast between the old and the new.
Personal responsibilities: mainly participated in the facade design, node technology research and facade material selection of the demonstrati on area. got a deep inspiration from it. The design result is not only based on accidental inspiration, but also based on rational thinking and correction. We need to dialectically look at materials and structures, tradition and history, new and old relationships, and create a design of a community of human living, natural environment, and urban context.
Project Chief Designer:Jie Chen Project type:Residential planning Project time:2021.08-2021.12
Project overview: The whole community has built a mixed function of residential, commercial and vegetable farms, which can fully meet the needs of residents. The surrounding ecological landscape resources of the cluster are excellent, close to green land and water system, make full use of natural ecological resources, take the neighborhood center as the core, and connect the entire residential area.
Personal responsibilities: I am mainly responsible for the research on the shape of the external facade of the residence, integrating Chinese Zen elements into the modern residence. At the same time, participated in the design of two types of residential units, and optimized the utilization rate of indoor space as much as possible under the condition that the interior area of the apartment is unchanged.

Instructor:Xiaohui Liang Project type:Commercial complex Project time:2016.11-2016.12
Project overview: The key is how to use the 6-meter height difference in the site to integrate with the building. Use the large landscape steps to digest part of the internal height difference, respect the nature, and reduce the internal earth -work volume of the site. Use the height difference of the site, pick out the blocks, and intervene in the site in a minimal way to complete the placement of the building without damaging the environment as much as possible.
Personal responsibilities:Conduct field investigation on the site and study the texture of the surrounding architectural envir -onment. In terms of digesting the height difference of the site, design a variety of building block stacking methods, combine the building function streamline, and select the most appropriate method. At the same time, with the aim of realizing the zero -distance communication between the building and the environment, the courtyard is introduced into the high-rise building as the core, the block is optimized, the modeling and rendering are carried out, and the whole process design is finally completed.
