THE LABORATORY OF SUSTAINABLE FUTURE IN GÖTEBORG 对于滨河或者靠近其他水资源的城市来 说, 洪水通常是这类城市必须面对的难 题, 比如瑞典第二大城市哥德堡 (Göteborg). 滔滔约塔河(Göta River) 穿城而过. 通过分析研究发现, 过高的约塔河流速和 盐潮入侵是造成该地区河水泛滥的主要 原因. 因此我们构想通过可持续性的滨河 空间规划与设计来解决洪水问题. 该设计 着重处理约塔河的河岸结构与形式, 将其 处理为自然的河流驳岸以期依此降低水 流速度, 具体为: 扩大水域面积, 改变河道 形式, 改善驳岸的粗糙程度. 通过这些手 法来解决洪水问题. 同时, 通过引入亲水 型建筑以及一系列的公共空间与基础设 施, 包括一座人行桥和一座公共交通专用 桥, 本设计同时期以联系河岸两侧的城市 空间. 通过将河岸打造成绿色走廊连结南 北哥德堡并促进城市和谐.

设计策略 1: 用生态的收法解决洪水问题
现在, 约塔和的高洪水风险主要是由于咸潮的入侵. 具体表现为: 较高的河流流速导致淡水与盐水没有足够的时 间相互交换, 密度较大的海水将密度较小的淡水太高导致了洪水泛滥. 因此水流的流速就成为了关键因素. 由于 流速是由河道形式, 河岸粗糙度和河岸的坡度决定的, 因此设计决定重塑河岸空间, 通过生态手段降低洪水的风 险. 同时通过引入步行系统将滨水空间变得更有吸引力. 利用地处哥德堡的查尔姆斯大学的专业建筑 研究实力的优势, 旧有港口可以被重新塑造为 实验区: 包括融合可持续建筑设计, 湿地以及 步行系统.

WILD UP LULEÅ 吕勒奥位于瑞典北部, 气候寒冷同时 也拥有迷人的夏季, 风景优美迷人. Wild Up Luleå项目是一个以以人为本为目标, 着重强调城市公共景观的使用价值的城 市景观改造项目. 项目基地Södra Hamnen 位于城市的中心区域, 但目前基本荒废, 仅临街部分作为停车场使用. 设计思想始 终着重面对使用人群的基本需求. 通过调 研, 我们将此需求定位于不仅仅是对绿地 的需求, 更重要的是社会与城市生活方面 的需求. 人们无论相识与否都可以在此不 受拘束地享受社会生活, 享受自己. 由此, 该城市空间为人们提供了一个欣赏景观, 驻足休息, 休闲娱乐, 交流放松, 甚至激发 灵感的平台.与此同时, 该设计也注重冬 季与夏季的自然条件区别, 力争全年利用 率最大化.

OPEN CITY 该项目以探索吕勒奥的”开放空间” 为目标, 从而以吕勒奥为背景发掘该概念 的理解与思想 为了研究吕勒奥的”开放空间”, 我 们将该概念归纳为三个种类: 经过设计的 绿地 (如公园等), 未经设计的绿地 (如自 然绿色空间, 自然海岸等), 以及未经设计 的城市空地 (如城市废弃用地等). 同时, 虽然”开放”空间的概念主要是关于基 础的城市结构, 但是也须结合人口密度, 人流的移动, 认知力, 感知力 以及社会结 构方面的考虑. What shall we use To fill the empty spaces Where we used to talk? How shall I fill The final places? How should I complete the wall...
Drop bombs in the streets? Do tours of the east? Contract disease? Bury bones? Break up homes? Send flowers by phone? Take to drink? Go to shrinks? Give up meat? Rarely sleep? Keep people as pets? 项目面对市民的使用需要, 融入空间 弹性使用的概念, 结合当地的气象条件, 灵活组织了多样的城市空间. Empty Spaces What shall we use to fill the empty spaces Where waves of hunger roar? Shall we set out across this sea of faces In search of more and on applause? What Shall we do Now? Shall we buy a new guitar? Shall we drive a more powerful car? Shall we work straight through the night? Shall we get into fights? Leave the lights on at night?

Tredje stenen från solen,1994“So I stroll around and pass a few blocks of typical four stories buildings before I find myself in a nightmarish industrial area. At first it feels like moving around in a labyrinth, I just walk and walk, passing endlessly, spooky plots surrounded by fences and gates, what’s in there, weapons? Tractor-parts? I look the other way around, as I have never done that before when it doesn’t seem like there are any real houses there, just… industry plots.“

ACTIVE SKARPNÄCK 该项目位于北Skarpnäck地块, 是一 处处于斯德哥尔摩的城市附中心. 设 计核心思想是将娱乐, 休闲, 健身与生 态的生活方式融入到居住区的建设中. 在整个设计中, 设计组引进了五种活 动与生活方式并融入到基础建设中, 力 图营造全新的生活体验. 设计极力营造 活泼的生活氛围, 以求让人们感觉到运 动, 都市农业以及其他休闲方式始终就 在人们的声辩. 与此同时, 新的Skarpnäck北区建设为当地居民打开了通向 北部临近地区与周边自然区域的大门.

绿城居住区景观设计 该项目以“ 绿色而健康的生活”为设计 思想. 设计以自然景观与植物作为整个设 计的核心. 其中, 水系统的设计是整个设 计的中心, 被设计成为结合了雨水收集的 自然式水系统. 绿城小区的景观设计理念 可以被总结为: “一园, 两轴, 三广场, 四 组团, 八景点.”一园指整个小区的中心景 观. 两轴即两个主入口. 三个广场在三个主 路节点中将整个小区景观分为了四个组 团. 同时八个景观节点也分布在主路周围.
