Данный проект представляет собой двухэтажный блокированный жилой дом быстрой сборки. Современное и лаконичное архитектурное решение разработано в полном соответствии со стандартом пассивного энергосбережения.Благодаря рациональной планировке, а также наличию встраиваемой и многофункциональной мебели, была максимально задействована полезная площадь. Проект предполагает наличие в доме тамбура, гостиной, просторного помещения кухни, объединенной со столовой, двух спален на втором этаже, одну из которых можно использовать в качестве детской или кабинета, а также по с/у на каждом этаже. Балкон и топочная - опционально.
Diploma project Dwelling complex design, street and road widening, the territory infrastructure development were conditioned by the following : • weather conditions. Climate in Durban is subtropical. • Ecological situation of the region • Culture, religion, customs, traditions, the way of living • Aesthetic perception Insofar the given region is Rich with trading, it’s been decided to give priority to pedestrians, as well as to provide it with vivid, spectacular architectural solution. The territory of the whole trading zone is designed as the open one – without any
barriers. The roofs of Trading centre are designed to be equipped with solar panels. The cemetery territory is determined as a religious zone in order to decrease vehicle flow and one more reason for this is getting rid of illicit trading outlets. Heightening of storey number in buildings within business zone as well as presence of sky-scrapers with picturesque facades make some sort of accent and help people to orient around. In order to balance the whole territory the height of buildings within business zone increases gradually achieving maximum 30-storey-height in the area of conjunction, as well as the cross section of Yusuf Dadustr and David Webster str., thanks to this kind of dynamics of storey number one can enjoy the terrific view from any building.
Diploma project, group. Site is located in the centre of Durban city .Warwick junction crosses the territory of the given region. Warwick junction has been recently put into service. The square area of the plot makes 142.9 ha. Population is 14731 p.
Two main composite axes have been elicited: the first one along Yusuf Dadu str., another one along Julius Nierrere,which unite sights of seeing of the city.
The given fragment is located in the north-eastern territory under reconstruction which is in the vicinity with trading and business centers. The total square area of the lot makes 2.6 ha. 6-storey-building development area makes, 4-storey-building development. Total area of territory planted with trees, grass, etc., is 1.3 ha. The given development is not expensive because of usage of building materials which are plentiful in the region, mostly wood and concrete as well as it is absolutely functional so as every meter of the space is in use, as far as architectural – designing solution is concerned it correlates with foot way. Like in other house developments here we have patios which are used in the capacity of children playgrounds, kitchen gardens or just gardens where local people can do gardening and planting. Thanks to the small architectural forms which
are plentiful in the given region such as benches, tents, street lights and so on, there is some space designed for having good time by different people of different age. The building technology of the passive hoses was used as well as alternative power energy resources like solar panels inserted in structures.

third year projects Architecture Individual Concept project of the Sport wellness centre in Astana city. Centre includes: -entry hall; - swimming pool; - fitness room; - massage room; - change rooms; - spa; - fitness cafe; - toilets; -shower Unusual shape of the roof creates special illumination for each part of the building. Interesting exterior attracts people and works as a landmark.
third year projects Urban Planning Individual Project of Almaty district Site analysis gave the clear highlights of main problems: courtyard was basically used as a parking in 70% of territory; irrational territorial zoning in general; low quality and quantity of greening; shabby old dwelling. Those problems was solved with different approaches - differentiation of sidewalks and roads; - underground parking; - cycle paths; - Changing functions of office building on Baizakov street to the multifunctional centre for children and teenagers; - implementation of green bicycle-pedestrian bridges through Gabdulina and Baizakov streets - Expantion of the green boulevard along residential area - Demolition of dangerous shaggy buildings and building new passive 9-floors dwellings with roof terraces

Work project individual Silk way park Concept. Site location - north west part of the city. Historically Almaty was always connected with trading. This city lied on the path of Silk Way. Later all shopping spots were moved closer to the north part of the city, and finally they were removed from the city to the Zarya Vostoka district to free the territories in the city. For many years Zarya Vostoka was famous for it’s bazaars. People from all over the city was coming there to buy products. By using silk fabric image as an inspiration of the park, create first welcoming park for the Barahoka development area. Silk Way Park will become an iconic destination and landmark.
Key areas Main Event Plaza central part of the park include main square designed for different types of events. It consists of stage, series of benches and several trellis, which reminds of silk patches fluttering in the wind and creates shaded cozy place.
Gathering Plaza Plaza is the core of this part. Gathering place where people can meet their friends. Picturesque trees at the very centre of the area creates comfortable shaded island. series of benches, located in open and more secluded places makes this plaza perfect for rest.
Sparkling Silk Plaza This is the entry part of the park. This part symbolises the very beginning of the Silk Way story. Small plaza, illuminated by exclusive torches calls sparkling silk. Magnificent light, emitted by these torches invites people to come by and wander around for a while between silken hills, or sit on the benches and enjoy the beauty of the nature. It also includes playgrounds.
Nurly-Tau public garden Nurly Tau building complex is already famous landmark in Almaty. Almaty’s nature, specifically its majestic Zailiyskiy Alatau mountains were reflected in the architecture of this buildings. Also Nurly Tau means effulgent mountains.
Landmarks, individual Variety of small architectural forms, or landmarks was made for Astana city. All of them have their own meaning, from national to the modern one - ‘looking forward for the bright future’. Most of them was meant to be made of natural materials: steel, moss, wood, ect.
Landmark for the EXPO 2017, individual Upcoming exhibition will be held under the slogan “Energy of the future“. And it will highlight one of the most important theme in the world - alternative energy sources. Logo of the EXPO perfectly represents idea of energy and development. Flower tower concept based on Logo and attracts attention by its dynamic shape and interesting illumination.

School in Gaziantep, Turkey Group Site: new city area; location close to park; possibility to bring new ideas. Concept: ‘open school‘ where kids can play and study inside and outside of the class ‘boxes’. Materials: wood, concrete, glass. Cupola material: etfe membrane, stainless metal frame.
The exceptional location was marked by bustling vivid Reeperbahn street. This street is remarkable not only by it’s architectural diversity which is represented by modern and old fashioned buildings. Also our site located close to the plaza which is famous by different kind of events. According to all this information we have thought how to create building which will perfectly fit into this environment. The street is very vivid but some people who live there don’t feel protected
in their own houses. So our building was designed to lessen noise from the street and make inhabitants feel more comfortable. But we didn’t want to separate houses and city. Passages allow to walk all around the building. But still it requires to keep intimacy so inhabitants feel protected and safe. That’s why we designed our facades which overlook streets as an originally designed white brick wall. Considering site surroundings, with many theatres around we designed special parametric brickwork for our outer facade which reminds of a theater stage curtains.
Studio appartment project Design of small apartment, Was made as test project for Instudio architects. General area 40 sq.m. Common room includes kitchen, dining room and lounge part. sleeping room with small working space separated by level change and by wall.
