In your digital submission, thee will be assessing two of the KPMG global behavioral capabilities, ‘Makes an Impact’, ‘Seizes Business Opportunities’ and ‘Career Motivation’. You could be covering the following: a) Can you tell us why KPMG are the clear choice for you? b) Can you tell us what interests you about the business area you have applied for? All of these answers will be very personal to you, but below we’ve suggested some things you should think about. Why KPMG? -

Over this 3-year intensive graduate programme you will be working towards your ACA qualification whilst learning from the experts in the industry across 3 different teams: corporate finance, restructuring

The best preparation you can do for this digital submission is to plan what you’re going to talk about, answer everything that KPMG are asking for and always consider the competencies we’ve explained above. Write down what you’re going to say, practice it lots of times, asks friends and family to listen, record yourself and watch it back and take your time!
