01 TERRA HOTEL Hospitality Project 2016
This eco-friendly boutique hotel aims to combine natural elements with contemporary design to provide an exclusive experience for leisure travellers. Its location is in Central Downtown Mont-Royal conference facilities, underground shopping amenities, and metro access. Terra Hotel promotes sustainability through its adaptive re-use of a commercial building, and an emphasis on sure a well rested stay surrounded with greenery, there is a large indoor park and small zen gardens in each hotel room. One of the unique features of the boutique hotel is free bike rental, encouraging the guests to enjoy the healthy lifestyle and most importantly, raise awareness of protecting the environment.

04 THE SKY
Recreational Project Children Community Center 2015
The children’s community center “SKY” is located on Brewster Avenue, in St-Henri which is experiencing changes from a lower income neighborhood to a more upscale area. The center is targeted for young children from the age of 8-12. Because school can be very stressful and structured, it is designed to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for kids to learn and play after school. Children are taken care of both physical and educatinal needs. The center provides oppotunities for children to deveop their creativity, self vision and self-awareness. The community center is a trustworthy place for kids to be totally free and intrigue their imagination.

The Program • Open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. • Activities and events: reading, playing, storytelling, cinema, exhibition, drama acting. • Learning course: arts and crafts, cooking/baking, language learning. • There are enclosed space such as classrooms and kitchen, while open space are the library, cafeteria, performing stage and playhouse.
