PIONEERING NEWS
-Cambodia, Rocky and Iris couple
Many years of prayers by many people is finally bearing fruits. The Lord is the one who design this mission of going to Cambodia and take the good news. Therefore in the right time He open the door to go there. We believe the great movement of Indian missionary to the nations has started and we are excited to be a part of it. Cambodia has a long history of bloodshed and tyranny under various leaders and kings. The Cambodian has been through centuries of torture and unhuman genocide under cruel leaders but they have survived it. There is fear and insecurity in their lives. This insecurity is projected even with the used of their currency. They do not trust the economy and their currency because of that their market is flooded with US $, Thai baht, and Vietnamese Dong. We were able to visit Cambodia last year for about ten days and we were overwhelm by the need there. There is a great need for gospel, education, work against prostitution, corruption and so on and so forth. We are going there to share God's love and hope in Jesus Christ. Naturally Cambodia is a very beautiful land. There is no winter and no extreme summer in this land. It is very rich in its flora and fauna and it has some of the most beautiful beaches we will ever see. There is already a good number of Christian there but there is a big concern because many of them believe in Jesus and also they still believe in their ancestors religion. Ancestors worship is something many of them dreaded to stop practicing including the christians. We will be moving there on first week of March. The first year we will be going to university to learn their language 'Khmer'. We want to start the ministry with Kingdom of Cambodia, is a DTS and many others in frontier country located in and also inmercy ministry. the southern portion of the Indochina Peninsula in Southeast Asia.
Stand with us so that we can truely be a blessing for this nation. Rocky & Iris Cambodia Pioneering Team
