Zach Goodyear has been in the real estate business in Nashville since 2003, with the majority of that time spent focused on sales and management of multi-unit condo projects from conception to completion. He has participated in the sellout of over 1,500 units in a multitude of high-rise and mid-rise projects including The Residences at Broadwest, Twelve Twelve, Rhythm at Music Row, and ICON in the Gulch to name a few.

Zach has served on the Board of Directors for Greater Nashville REALTORS®, as past president of the Sewanee Club of Nashville alumni association, and was selected as part of the Nashville Business Journal's 40 Under 40 class of 2017. He lives with his wife and three children in Nashville, TN.

One of the true high-rise veterans in Nashville, Sydney has closed more than $500 million in sales over the course of her 18-year career and is one of Nashville’s top-producing high-rise residential Real Estate Brokers.

She began her career in 2005 as the VP of Sales and Marketing for the Adelicia, cutting her teeth on pre-construction high rise development marketing and sales, quickly becoming the lead sales agent on the team. After successfully selling out the 186-unit Adelicia, she continued her focus on high-rise residential properties, enjoying record sales through the recession. In 2010, she became Principal Broker of Market Realty Advisors where her expertise in the condo market helped sellers and buyers within Nashville’s major condo developments.

In 2013, she was asked by the Adelicia developer to assemble and lead a new sales team for his newest luxury high-rise development, Twelve Twelve, at which time she moved her license to Parks in the Gulch. Sydney then joined Zach Goodyear and Brian Stoltzfus, and the 3 became the listing team for the development. Sydney and the team worked very closely with the developer in all aspects of the process, from design and finish input, market and pricing analysis, to marketing strategy and execution; and together they successfully sold all 286 units in record time and at a record average price per square foot. Sydney returned her focus to the high-rise resale market once the developer sell-out was complete, and assisted many buyers in selling their condos, often at record high prices at that time in the market.

Sydney, Zach, and Brian joined forces again, this time through Village Real Estate, in 2019 to list The Residences at Broadwest, a luxury development of 196 condos above the 234 room Conrad Nashville hotel. Again, Sydney and the team worked alongside the developer to provide insight and market expertise in all facets of the development: floor plan and finish details, establishing a competitive price strategy, building and executing a marketing plan, managing the budget, contract input, and all other necessary components to a successful sell-out. Broadwest was another success story with all units under contact before the construction was completed in early 2021.

Since 2006, Brian Stoltzfus has been a real estate agent focusing on residential home sales in Nashville, Brentwood, and Franklin and has become a seasoned expert in the Nashville market. In 2019, Brian became one of the principal owners of Village Real Estate Services, which had over 400 agents across multiple offices. In 2021, Village merged with Parks Realty and added over 900 agents to its network. The brokerage is now known as Parks Real Estate, the largest locally owned brokerage in Tennessee, including an additional 200 agents from its partnership with Pilkerton Realtors in 2022. Brian excels at team management, client relationships, forecasting, and being creative to make deals come together. Brian has been an integral part of the listing team at Twelve Twelve and the new luxury high-rise tower Broadwest in midtown Nashville. He has led that team in sales volume and unit sales, all while also managing the marketing budget, and overseeing the preferred lender and title relationships. This oversight ensured that the marketing agreements where in place with the preferred vendors, not only providing value to the developer, but also staying RESPA compliant.
