The location of the building is surrounded by many stores and houses. Right next to the location is Al-sinaa street, which is a very active street from the right elevation and 62 st. From the left elevation. also the university of Technology is located opposite the location

The project area is 600 sqm the area is Rectangler the Length 30 m ,the width: 20 m The main street is 6 meteres, the secondary st. are 3 meteres. The site is 75 meters from an industria street It is away from 62nd Street 222 meters The site is rectangular in shape making it suitable for distributing
Conclusion: The project overlooks two streets Main road and side street The best view is on the main street so you have the main door on it
