Staff Courses Putting Fun Back in the Staffroom - Primary/Secondary Teachers and Staff This workshop uses the vehicle of having fun to motivate, focus and empower staff, boost their self-confidence and ultimately produce happier staff. Teachers are equipped with tools to effectively manage stress and time. This program helps teachers to find balance in their personal and professional lives.

Who Said “Don't Smile ‘Til Christmas?” - Primary/Secondary Teachers and Staff As a follow-up to 'Putting Fun Back in the Staffroom', ‘Who Said “Don't Smile ‘Til Christmas?”’ is an extremely motivating, thought provoking, challenging but humorous experience for delegates. It is designed to provide a further insight into the big issues of fun and humour in learning and the effect it can have on motivation, mindsets and morale. How do these factors affect current and future events for both teacher and pupil? How can you make your classroom more fun? Delegates are inspired to consider what is really important to them and to take fun, positive action.

APODO Training - Primary/Secondary Teachers and Support Staff The successful implementation of the APODO System for Enterprise can depend very much on the motivation of the teacher or pupils leading this resource. It is with this in mind that this workshop aims to motivate users of the APODO System by allowing them to experience the outcomes of the APODO System first hand. This fun, interactive workshop helps teachers to interpret the importance of Enterprise Education, encouraging delegates to feel more confident in using APODO.

PEAPODO Training - Nursery/Primary Teachers and Support Staff PEAPODO for Early Years can be used by staff, children, parents and community groups to support the curriculum by providing structure, direction and fun learning activities that stimulate learning. This workshop aims to motivate users of the Peapodo by allowing them to experience the outcomes of Peapodo first hand. This workshop is not only great fun but gives delegates the opportunity to explore some of the thinking and research behind this unique early years resource. You’ll be ready to play!

You Decide, We Provide - TOK to Us! Over the years we have realized that many schools face similar motivation issues and for this reason we have developed a fixed workshop menu. However we understand that no two schools are exactly the same and for this reason the Tree of Knowledge team is always ready to design a workshop that meets your specific requirements and outcomes.

Testimonials “I've been involved trying to make a difference in education. You're probably the best I've seen.” Peter Jones, Dragons' Den 2010 “This has changed my life” S3 Pupil, Holy Cross High School “Pitched at completely the right level and challenged perceptions and attitudes. For me it came at the right time where we are changing the culture in the school and trying to promote positive thinking and positive attitudes. Having staff experience this course lays the foundations for the work which is going to be done with our learners. Staff will then have an understanding of what the learners will experience and can support it rather than have somebody in for a one off training session. I look forward to our relationship with TOK. Positive staff and positive learners...just think what we can achieve!!!! Many thanks” Iain Hughes, Rector, Waid Academy "In all seriousness my eyes are open, the confidence barrier broken, I believe in myself now. Most motivational 3 hours of my life." S4 Pupil, Firrhill High School “Great presentation, very good. Acknowledge your applause and enjoy it - you deserve it!” Teacher, Cockenzie Primary School “Epically awesome. TOK is amazing. It's really changed my whole perception on things. Tomorrow is going to be an amazing day at school. Thanks a million” S4 Pupil, Clydebank High School “The best course in 30 years. Loved it!” Fiona Keatings, DHT, Perth High School “Tree of Knowledge is quite simply an inspiration.” Year 11 pupil, Walbottle Campus
