According to world travel and tourism council, India will be a tourism hotspot from 2009-2018, having the highest 10-year growth potential. India’s 5000 years of history, its length breath and the variety of geographic features make its tourism basket large and varied. A look on the today’s activities going on for tourism attraction and the facilities provided to them forces me to think something which can make people know and experience INCREDIBLE INDIA in a better way. A place where all together Incredible India is presented in a lively form. Where people can know more about India. A place, which gives a short glimpse of my great country.
Total Site Area: 99 hectare Location: Panvel, Mumbai, India Site Area Mall: 9,525 hectare Gross Built-up area: 30,750 sqmt Built/Open : 35% / 65% Genreal design componets: Recreational, residential, grean area, commercial, public open space, Cultural and Festivals area. Neighborhood content: River gandhi, international airport, mansarovar railway station. Design Features: The continuous ecological corridor spanning the master plan encourages an uninterrupted movement and migration of flora and fauna species between and across the development.

Himatnagar or Himmatnagar is a town having a municipality in Sabarkantha district in the Indian state of Gujarat. It is the administrative headquarters of the district. The name literally means the “Town of Courage”. The town is on the bank of the River Hathmati. Himatnagar is also famous for one of the Asia’s best horse training centres, as well as some Historical places of North Gujarat. Residence designed for Jagdish Joshi in Himmatnagar fulfilling requirements of living room, family room, kitchen, three bedrooms and temple room.

Proposed plan designed for 55.06-Acre farm, which includes laboratory, staff quarters, labour quarters, Officer’s quarters, godown, threshing yard, different kinds of sheds. Layouts for drainage system, water supply system, and electrical network were also designed. Moderate contoured site with gorge on its north west edge and pond on south east corner.
Primary Roads: 9mt wide at main entrance Secondary Roads: 7.5mt wide for approach to agricultural and residential areas Tertiary Roads: 6mt wide for approach to agricultural and residential areas Farm Roads: 3 mt wide for approach to farms Pathways: 1mt wide in the farms Institutional: 1363 sqmt includes laboratory Residential: 1929 sqmt includes officer quarter, labour quarters and staff quarter Agricultural: Area divided into farms 1hectare X 1 hectare

Executed floorplan layouts including electric and landscape for a industrial park at Gozaria. Also designed entrance gate with security cabin.
