Smart City concept for urban settlements in Serbia - A Guide for Dummies.
Students of Master studies at the University of Architecture in Belgrade, under the course called “Urban Development Policy”, were actively involved in workshops related to the Smart City concept, as it is slowly becoming the key issue in the field of digital transition, which is one of the priorities of both EU urban development and national policies. The result was, a publication which was intended to present a non-intimidating guide for readers, to whom this might be a new topic. In addition, the Guide contains six proposals to show a form of implementation of the concept in our environment.
