We’ve been pushing eco-sensitive built spaces for the past decade. With construction of over 1.5 million sq ft across Bangalore and Mysore, we’ve been privileged to make homes for over 500 families. Roof top rainwater harvesting feeds domestic water tanks and supplements fresh water need. Runoff water from roofs and the land is directed into percolation pits to recharge aquifers. ZED Aftercare ZED undertakes to maintain the campus for 5 years, with a renewable contract. The annual maintenance cost will be evaluated with the regular cost.
