PELVIC BONE PAIN- COCCYDYNIA There are many physical problems that are commonly found in the human body. One of which is back pain. WHAT ARE PELVIC BONE PAIN? Coccydynia is also known as tailbone pain. Injury to this causes pain and discomfort in the part of the tailbone and this condition is called coccydynia. Fractures in the pelvic bone are prone to detachment of the joint and can lead to bone spasms. Pelvic bone injury takes some time to heal. However, during the treatment, doctors advise the person to take rest as well as take precautions. The tailbone is at the lower part of the spine. Pelvic bone injury is more common in women than in men. Injury to the pelvic can result from an accident or a fall for some people. In many cases the cause of the injury to the pelvic is not known. If there is an injury to the pelvic, it is diagnosed and treated by a doctor.
