Introduction and scope Definition & coverage Definition For the purpose of this report, Zenith Global has limited its research scope using the following definition: Cheese: Any natural or processed packaged cheese products Ice cream: Includes take home ice cream, impulse ice cream, water ice cream (made from water, sugar and some sort of flavouring - usually fruit) Milk: Drinking milk products in plain or flavoured options Yoghurt: Includes both drinkable and spoonable products
