Corporate Affairs Rotational Assignment I have increased my understanding of our business on a more profound level by learning more about Corporate Affairs and how it touches every aspect of our organization, and am better able to represent AZ to our customers for the benefit of patients.

Demonstrated leadership Organizing volunteers and unbranded materials for national sponsorship pull through for National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC) Run/Walks at 15 different chapters. Coordinated materials shipment schedule, improving and simplifying process an engaging brand team as appropriate. Work within Advocacy and Alliance as a partner with NOCC helped provide meaningful value to their events.

Planned, organized and developed writing skills Skills specifically aligned to internal and external communications for NOCC activities and NF1 Day
Wrote internal and external communication posts/ articles surrounding NOCC activities and NF1 Day, improving understanding of the compliance “guardrails” and writing in a more meaningful and concise fashion.
NF1 Day preparation resulted in the gathering of the largest patient group to date at HQ for an informational summit.
NOCC Workplace posts were seen by 2310 people and were “liked” and/or commented upon over 100 times.
