El Viaje Internacional Thailand 2015 será canjeable por premios alternos que estén establecidos únicamente en estas bases. 3. El exceso de puntos acumulados no son transferibles a otra persona, son personales. 4. No incluye bebidas alcohólicas. 5. No incluye alquiler de películas ni otros gastos no incluidos dentro de lo programado por la empresa. 5. Zermat no se hará responsable por pérdida de: vuelos, equipaje y/o sobrepeso del mismo. 6. No incluye llamadas telefónicas y /o gastos que no estén en el programa.
CONTEST RULES 2015 TRIP TO THAILAND 1. The International Trip is not transferrable. 2. The International Trip award is exchanged for alternate awards as established in the contest rules. 3. Excess of accumulated points is not transferrable, these are personal only. 4. Expenses such as alcoholic beverages, movie rentals and other expenses are not covered by Zermat. 5. Zermat is not responsible for missed connections, baggage and/ or extra weight baggage expenses. 6. Telephone calls and other expenses are not included as part of the award.
El Viaje Internacional incluye: 1. Boleto aéreo 2. Traslado Aeropuerto – Hotel – Actividades – Aeropuerto ( No incluye actividades adicionales a las programadas por Zermat) 3. Alimentación y Actividades programadas por Zermat. Todos los cargos generados antes, durante y después del Viaje Internacional no mencionados en las reglas deberán ser pagados por quien incurra en dichos gastos, (Por Ejemplo; Tours, alcohol, renta de autos, taxi, alquiler de servicios adicionales como lavandería, spa, etc) PARA QUIENES NO PUEDEN VIAJAR O PREFIEREN PREMIO ALTERNO Todo ganador del concurso le debe Oficializar a Zermat International por escrito en el mes de abril 2015 que no asistirá al “Viaje Internacional Thailand 2015” y que a cambio decide un premio alternativo de $2,000.00 dólares. Si de acuerdo a las bases es ganador de un acompañante recibirá $500.00 dólares extras, por lo tanto el premio máximo por tu viaje y el de tu acompañante será de $2,500.00 dólares en su cheque, el cual será entregado en el mes de Junio de 2015. No habrá remuneración por un tercer acompañante. Recuerda que al ser un Viaje Internacional deberás contar con: Pasaporte Americano (si eres ciudadano de los Estados Unidos o Puerto Rico.) Si no eres Ciudadano Americano (Tú y/o tus acompañantes) deberán de contar con: •Pasaporte Vigente. •Visa Americana o tarjeta de Residencia Americana, vigentes.
The International Trip includes: 1. Airline Ticket 2. Airport-Hotel-Airport transfers (not additional activities not scheduled by Zermat) 3. Meals and Activities scheduled by Zermat 4. All expenses and charges incurred during the trip that are not listed in the rules of participation must be paid by participant (i.e. Tours, alcoholic beverages, car rentals, taxis, additional services such as laundry, etc.)

IF YOU CANNOT TRAVEL AND PREFER AN ALTERNATE AWARD Every winner must make participation official to Zermat International by written notification, disclosing the reasons of unavailability to travel to Thailand and willingness to receive $2,000 as alternate award. If according to the rules the winner is entitled to a companion, the winner will receive in place an extra $500 alternate award. The maximum award allocated is of $2,500 and will be paid on June 2015. There won’t be a paid compensation for a third companion. Since we are traveling overseas, we remind you about the following document requirements: U.S. Passport for U.S. and Puerto Rico citizens. Current national passport and U.S. permanent residency documentation for non-U.S. citizens.

El período del concurso es de 1ro de Octubre 2014 al 31 de Marzo del 2015. Cada dólar de tu compra y de tu grupo personal en monto A representa un punto. El Nombramiento con el que participas es el que hayas obtenido en el mes de Julio 2014. El viaje no es transferible. En caso de obtener un viaje doble tu acompañante puede ser un familiar o un Líder descendiente de tu árbol multinivel. En ningún caso podrá otorgarse a un Líder ascendente.
Contest period: October 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015. Each A Amount dollar purchased by you or any member of your team represents a point. You participate with the leadership level attained by July 2014. This trip is not transferrable. Your companion may be a relative or descendant leader belonging to your organization’s tree. Trip cannot be transferred to an ascendant leader.
