Total Opportunities

• The total amount of each challenge must be accumulated exclusively during the participation period; from October 1st, 2023, to March 31st, 2024.

• To be eligible to the corresponding points of each of the challenges, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of the general bases of the same.

• The maximum accumulated is 30 points and you only need to meet the points that your category requires.

General Bases

All Zermat Independent Entrepreneurs participate according to the table, with the leadership category with which they closed in September 2023.

Zermat Independent Entrepreneur, who signed-up before December 31st 2022, and does not have any category in the month of September 2023, participates with the Promoter bases according to the table.

If you are a Zermat Independent Entrepreneur that signed-up from January 1st 2023, to March 31st 2024, , and never reached the category of Promoter during your sign-up year (either 2023 or 2024); You will be considered as a New Entrepreneur.

The trip is not transferable. OnlyVIP leaders 75K or higher could transfer their place in the event when the winning traveler cannot attend due to force majeure. This place will only be transferred to a member of your family nucleus (children and/or spouse). This transfer does not apply if the family member who takes the place of the winning traveler is registered within the company and/or is a senior member of the organization.

It is possible to transfer the prize of a previously selected companion and decide to change it for some reason, as long as the traveling companion is not part of the upline or a Zermat Independent Entrepreneur.

The contest period to accumulate the required points per category will be from October 1st 2023, to March 31st, 2024, and the amounts can be accumulated during the 6 months of the contest period. The challenges that you can repeat have a maximum number of times . They cannot exceed the maximum number of times indicated in the table.

To get points within the VIP Clubs, you must have qualified for at least one quarter during the contest period (September - December 2023 or January - April 2024). In the second semester, you must qualify at least in the first 3 months.

*For Club 20 members, it is necessary to qualify with a volume of $20,000.00 to accumulate points. General bases requirements and VIP Clubs cannot be combined to earn a trip for a companion.

Important Notes

• You can check your monthly points progress at www.zermatbusiness.com

• Remember that since it is an International Trip you must have a VALID American Passport (if you are a citizen of the United States) with an expiration date greater than 6 months.

• American and non-American minors; Those who do not travel with one of their parents or legal representatives must have legal authorization to leave and re-enter the country from both parents.

• No Zermat USA employee is allowed to take responsibility for minors and/or people who attend the trip.

• If you are not an American citizen; (you and/or your companions) must have a CURRENT Passport

FROM YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

, American Visa, or American Residence Card, with an expiration date of more than 6 months.

• All charges before, during, and after International Travel not mentioned in the rules must be paid by whoever generates them. (For example: alcoholic beverages, transportation, rental of additional services such as spa or activities outside our itinerary). Zermat USA will not be responsible for lost and/or overweight luggage. Does not include telephone calls and/or expenses that are not in the program.

•Zermat USA reserves the right to suspend any benefits; Bonus, Program, or Trip to any Zermat USA Independent Entrepreneur who violates the company's code of ethics.

Alternate Award for International Travel 2024

Any contest winner who decides not to travel, must officially notify Zermat USA in writing no later than May 15th 2024, and agree to receive in exchange an alternate cash prize of $1,000.00 plus $1,000.00 of non-commissionable products at Zermat Seasonal Catalog price.

If according to the rules you are eligible for a companion place, you will receive an additional $500.00 in cash.

Therefore, the maximum value for the International Trip of the winner and his/her companion will be $1,500.00 plus $1,000.00 as non-commissionable products at the Zermat Seasonal Catalog price, which will be delivered during the month following your written notification.
